Amarant wins the hair contest, Vivi wins then kyoote contest, and Steiner wins the hawt contest. Gotta love that silver feather in the cap.
I don't know really. The characters are pretty average in this game, I thought.
If I had to choose, it would either be Eiko, Lani or Mene the Moogle.

Stiltskin is awesome.
Beatrix is hot.

Kuja and Steiner both rock. Kuja maybe just a little more. I wish he would have been even more in the game than he already was. =/
Zidane, Freya and Amarant.
I likes Vivi . . . he is so cute, and very easy to empathise with. To me, he is the most human of the characters, in that he has faults and insecurities.
EDIT: did I mention he's cute?
I liked Zorn and Thorn cause they were pretty amusing
