There are two game discs. IF you have complete, there should be a making of lunar disc and a soundtrack.
Two game discs!!?? Then Im set!!
The Complete bundle comes with the two game discs, the soundtrack, and the making of video disc, containing a special minigame if you take out the disc while the video plays and replace it with the music disc. It also comes with a little cloth world map.
Nah. I jus' got the game discs and the making of. No case, no instructions, no cloth...
The instruction book is a real book. Not a bunch of paper with a staple in it. It is a hard cover leather bound book with ribbon book marker. Don't be suprised you didn't get it. It really isn't that helpful anyways. It is more or less of collectors.
Haha!! Pic please!!
Lunar:silver star story is the coolest game ive ever played! does anoyone know where i can find Lunar 2?
game stop most likely :-p if you wander to burlington I'm sure you'd find it :D
havent been to burlington in a while.........they have lots of stuff there, so i will see if my dad can take me.....
I heard LUNAR: Eternal Blue Complete was a complete failure. I dunno. I might still get it...
Haven't played it, but I don't see how it could be much different. They had the same mechanics. I do recall complaints about the difficulty. But I also remember being told its story was better. Or maybe that was the original. Who knows. Haven't played either. Totally enjoyed SSSC. I want EBC either way. Someday.
Try Ebay. That's where I got LUNAR: SSSC...

Screw it. I'll beat the game on my own. Pfft. Strategy guide...
That is not a strat guide. That is the instruction manual that comes with the game.
When they strategy do they mean like a normal instruction book on the gameplay??Quote:
Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete's pack in artbook/manual weighs in at 120 pages, and lives up to that classification with parts devoted to art and interviews (with Miyaji Youichi, Shigema Kei, Mizoguchi Isao, Iwadare Nobyuki, and Kubooka Yoshiyuki) as well as the game strategy. It's guaranteed to be the best game book you've ever seen - after all, how many foil stamped, hardback game books with little attached ribbon bookmarks have you seen? It also has the best plug possible for it's own strategy guidebook - a 35 page exerpt.
Out of the 120 pages it has a brief 35 pages of the stratagy guide(keep in mind how small the pages in the instruction book are compared to the real guide). Other than that it has what you would expect from an RPG insturction manual. How to turn on the game, how to play the game, mechanics of he game, character profiles, disclamers and all that stuff. They also have some colorful art pages in there and brief interviews with the makers.
The strat guide part of the book takes you as far as this blob moster on a docked boat in a town...it isn't very far at all in the game at all.
If you consider that a strat guide then it is the tiest start guide on the face of the planet. The rest of us will call it an instruction manual.
Lol. I just finished beating the blob thing about a day ago. Now I gotta fight some dragon.. Killed me once. Im only a Lv. 11. I beat the blob at level 9... :P
The only problem with lunar was Ghaleon, my god was he the most annoying dick or what?
Both LUNAR games were met with the same level of success.Quote:

Yeah, it's very challenging and continues with the traditions of the original game. I don't know where he could have heard that it was a complete failure without any mention of the first game.
Hardest part on lunar for me was, the magic empeor because i was only Level 39 when i was fighting him....and Royce cause she's my favorite character.
Edit: does anyone know where to find all the bromides......i cant find em....
How do I kill the dragon??
The black one?
The sewer thing. Do I need Nash??
You cant Nash until after you beat it....Ummmm heres my startegy
1.Have alex cat vigor
2.Have luna cast Cascade song on Ramus
3.Equip bow to ramus and repateaidly attack and use him to heal
4.Have alex use sword dance carry at least one starlight
just repaeat that
smurf!! I killed it and then died trying to get back. Im only at level 12 with all of my characters..
[B]
Alex -> Vigor Once > Sword Dance over and over > Heal (Tactic not skill)
Luna -> Cascade Song on Alex > Cascade Song on Ramus > Attack (Bow)/ Heal (Tactic not skill)
Ramus -> Attack/ Heal (Tactic not Skill)
Level 12 is good, always carry dragon fly wings around so you can just get the hell outta there, if you thought that fight was hard, just wait until you have to fight The grand demon.
