For me, the 'tingly' place seems to be my abdomen/chest. If I'm worried, stressed or frightened, my the middle of my gut feels tight and clenched. Like I'm gonna vomit or something. If it's happiness, pride, or some other good feeling, my chest gets warm. Not physically warm, as in hot, but more a feeling of emotional warmth, but centered around my chest. Yay for making sense...
