I think he means just chips of ice. In which case, I don't eat them. My grandmother eats them all day, though, or used to, at least. I dunno about now, but she used to always have a big cup full of ice chips with her.

Today I was gaurding the lunch line against bombs, machine guns, and mean people that might want to push others out of line and steal their spot when I saw a lady walking away from the D-Fac with a cup of ice chewing on soem ice chips. It was at 6:30 AM so it was kinda cold outside. This girl I was with said it was because she was probably anemic. She said that anemic people seem to like to chew on ice chips. I don't know why.

Usually when I've finished eating a delicious Spicey Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's, I gobble down the ice cubes remaining in my cup, for by then I have run out of my soda pop and have no other available means to cool my heated mouth! Surely you understand my predicament.
