Come on I have 2 6 page essays to do in a week!
It's draining my social and free time, lack of social time = more stress and more stress leads to chances of breakdowns!!

I have two essays due myself, though not for a couple of weeks. I'll do them last minute and then be done with them. Then I'll take my finals, the quarter will be over, and all will be right in the world.
Homework sucks? Shoden, with a theory like that it's a wonder that people aren't hailing you as the new Einstein.
It's all worth it in the end, even though it is unbearably difficult.
Keep at it. I'm sure it will do you good.

Most of the time I cannot be arsed to do it and say I forgotten it at home then do it next day, do easy homework for the next few weeks then say I forgotten it again, it worked till now...

The numbers are seperate meaning they aren't one number, Thats two 6 page essays to do.
Mock exams are Practice GCSE exams, err It's a British only thing.

I have some, but it mainly involves writing up my journal. I'm an extremely fast typer though. I can usually knock out about two pages of size ten font in less than half an hour, so it's not so bad.

i have 2 presentations to do, 2 3500 word reports on the analytical research of pollutants in the environment (wha????) and 3 page booklet on the adaptation of the grey island fox, and a 60 question booklet to do, all written in essay and report styles

I have to take a test on financial mathematics on Wednesday so that I can get a decent job. I should be fine.

I'll do subjects that require low quantities of handwriting, it's already bad and barely legible.
I dont do much of my homework, but I always manage to weasal my way out of the punishment. Im good at doing that.
I have 4 essays to finish for my BTEC National Care. SOOOOOO MUCH WORK!!!. I don't even know where to start.
I totally agree there is no point to learning about something you have no interest in and no purpose for. Why should you have to waste years of your life learning about something your not interested in? Why should you fund an education system which doesn't offer you the education you want? Then you have to go to college, instead learning about that subject your interested in in high school years would be much better. School is made to waste our time its just to keep kids off the streets until they're not deemed children anymore and are old enough to get a job.Quote:

It's a stupid psychology thing. We have to have two pictures on display. One where you're extremely sad and one where you're extremely happy. I think it's silly and we should discuss how others have reacted to the pictures or how we have reacted to them and explain our experiences. The other work is a small book where we ought to have written and glued pictures of our hopes and dreams. I bought a small book, lost it and forgot about it. Should turn it in next week I guess..
I was able to get into university having done my homework only every now and then...but it's not anything I suggest people to do or approve of, really.
For this whole school year i have done a grand total of 0 hours of homework. I'm on my victory lap of high school, so i only have bird courses.:)
Man, everyone gets (or got) homework. Stop moaning about it and learn to live with it.
Do these 30 quadratic equations and find the value of x when y=4 by next lesson or you will never get anywhere in life because algebraic equations are an everyday need.

I did my first 6 page, non-double space essay four years ago. From what I remember, it wasn't that bad.
To those of you complaining about homework who haven't even made it out of high school yet, I've got this to say: if it bothers you so much, forget about University and get a job at the local McDonald's, because it only gets worse from here. You complain about a measly two 6 page essays, but I have friends taking arts who do more than that in a week. Hell, I have one friend in an pre-honors program who was given a 1000 page novel to read and two days to do it. I myself spend upwards of 9 hours a day during the slow periods of the semester in class or studying/doing homework.
My point: those of you still in high school (or below) don't know how good you actually have it. And while I'm on the subject, I'm all for the finishing your homework in school too. I rarely had much in my high school days because I finished most of it in class.
I'd much rather help out and cause a Communist Revolution then work at a MacDonalds.:cool:
