I don't have a PS2 or whatever console its on.
And I don't really want to buy one for the sake of playing FF5.

Final Fantasy Anthologies is for the Playstation 1. It was never released in America, as it was originally for the Super Nintendo.

You can find both versions...English and Jap.....Its a good game tho...I enjoyed playing it, I dont remember if I beat it or not tho :mad:

Ebay. Thats where I obtained my copy.

But I recomend searching the internets for an emulator and a rom.
The anthology version has crappy sound and its slower.

FFV for the snes was only released in Japan but can be downloaded. Or the fanbase way is to get Final Fantasy Anthologies, which comes with FFVI aswell...

To be honest, I'm starting to crack.
I really want to play this game, and the other FFs.
I've only played 4, 6, and 8.
It bothers me.
I'm seriously thinking about picking up a PS2 so I can play FF5 and the others...

you can get a Japanese Super Famicon cartridge on ebay for not too much, although that probably isn't much use to you.
