It looks like either Chobits or Clover. Then again, a lot of Animes are cashing in on the 'cat girl' thing.

I'm not sure what it's from, but I can promise you it's not Chobits, Clover, or Cardcaptor. The fashion is similar, but that's not CLAMP's art style at all.
