hmmmmm.... So Kairi does have a Keyblade? Did Riku have a keyblade or was that just his old sword?

It looks like a keyblade....with the handle and the extra angel wing.

Well, technically Riku is the chosen one, but that's another story.

Seriously. Man, makes you think everybody's the Keyblade Master. But anyway, Riku pick out enough flowers? Kiari's keyblade is loaded with them. A little too much "flower power".

Do you mean the people in the parenthesis? those are the people who give them to you, its not that they use it?
And "Bond of flame" is supposed to be 'Born of flame'(typo)

I meant 'how is it that Kairi, and Roxas and Mickey are able to use Keyblades?'
However, I have read a lot on the matter, and now understand how Roxas uses one.

Well, I am guessing their's aren't magic like Mickey' or Sora's, but more as regular weapons.

Sora is the master, and the rest just weild keyblades from what I understand.
And, Roxas has one because (SPOILER)he is Sora's other half.

(SPOILER)Kairi does fight with her keyblade, albeit briefly.
So far as I can tell, the following people have keyblades:
Roxas has two, Sora has one or you could possibly say he has two because of the Drive, although he has to merge with Goofy to do that.
Riku has one keyblade that I've seen, which closely resembles the sword he initially carried.
Kairi has a keyblade.
Mickey has a keyblade (and is really really darn good with it).

Riku was the original chosen one, Sora. When he went dark, the weapon chose you instead. You are THE MAIN master of the keyblade, but you aren't the only one who is worthy of at least wielding one. Roxas is part of you, so he can also wield a keyblade. Riku was originally the rightful master, but he went dark Now he is half dark and half light, so he gets a different keyblade. The one he held in the first KH was a completely dark keyblade. This new keyblade that he has is half and half, just like himself. Mickey is a king who rules over a kingdom, so he gets to wield his own keyblade as well. As for your girlfriend Kairi, well... she was a princess of heart, and now, she gets to wield a keyblade. Besides, there has to be at least one girl who can wield a keyblade, so be glad it's Kairi.
Now, you said that your keyblade rules above all the rest except Mickey's right? Well, here's how I picture the powers of all five keyblades in order, from least powerful to most powerful:
Kairi, Riku, Roxas, Sora, Mickey.
There. You are second only to Mickey, as you yourself had stated.
Hey, does anybody have better pictures of Riku's and Kairi's Keyblades?

Riku can wield a keyblade because he was the Keyblade master, he just fell into darkness. I believe Kairi can wield a keyblade because of her heart being with Sora, it's like she kind of has a piece of him with her because of their connection. Maybe the keyblade recognizes that and lets her use it or something. I think we all know how Roxas can use a keyblade. And I have no idea why Mickey can use one.
I like Bond of Flame quite a bit. Still like the Oathkeeper the best though.

Does anybody have pictures AND/OR videos of Riku and Kairi fighting with their Keyblades?
And it appears that Kairi must have built up her physical strength and endurance...

ultima weapon looks more droolingy kick-ass than KH1's...:tongue:
mm...ultima weapon...ah...
i really like ultima weapon. i wonder if theyll make it harder to get? (there may not be a mushroom appearance trick in KH2...uh-oh...:( )

I just noticed that KH2's Ultima weapon looks a little different from KH1's.

Aight, as near as i can tell, it breaks down like this.
(SPOILER)Outside Kingdom Hearts, there is only supposed to be one Keyblade master. Originally this was supposed to be riku, but riku fell to darkness so it was passed on to sora. Sora then "connected his heart" or something along those lines, with Kairi, i suppose allowing her usage of a keyblade due to this connection. Roxas gets his keyblade due to being Sora's Nobody.
Mickey, on the other hand, as they state early on in KHII, Got his keyblade INSIDE kingdom hearts, it's completely independent of the keyblade Sora wields.
Thats as near as i can get to making since of it. then again, if the chain of "hey, you want keyblades? $5 and proof of connection to sora." type handouts continues, were gonna see Yuffie chucking Metal Chocobo's instead of shuriken in KhIII.
