these smilies are blatently of the same design. only one is from EoFF and the other is from another forum site. i wonder who snatched it from who?

bear in mind, the second one won't appear properly unless you use the EoFF simplified style (or basically a white background)

The purple one is cuter. I'm not sure exactly how that matters in relation to your question, but it does, somehow.
