Billy Idol for the win. At least he's consistent. He sounds and looks exactly the same now as he did back in the 80s.

Argh, it's really hard to compare performers like that. I agree with Leeza. But if, IF, I had to choose I'd choose Bowie. He's a legend, Idol is not. :(
