Chocobo Abuse

Do you attack chocobos in random battles just because you can? I sure as hell do!:love:

heh heh payback for all those greens you wasted feeding them when they ran away and for all that time wasted running around and trying to level the chocobo lure materia

Is itpossible to kill a chocobo in a battle?

I don't think you can actually kill a chocobo cause the game says they're invincible (although I'm itching to use W-summoned KoTR on them, with MP-Turbo equipped)

seems like a bit of a waste of one materia space 'specially when you could be levelling other materia up

No one really use's it unless their trying to make a gold chocobo or in the beginning of the game. Really quite useless:tongue:

I wouldn't consider something that's necisary to advance the plot "useless."

No, when their HP hits zero they flee. You can in 10-2 though they make the coolest noise when they die.

Yes I do, more so in X-2. But not for revenge, just because I don't like them.

At what point in the game is it necessary to catch a chocobo to advance the plot? If you say ' in order to cross the marsh to the Mytril Mines', then you are mistaken.

I gun them down in FFX-2.

I was killed by a chocobo in X-2 once when I hit it at a low level and it used choco meteor.

To Varden with those blasted birdies!! You can't kill them, no matter how much you would love to drain their "precious" lifeblood and see it stain the grass a sick tint of crimson....

I hadn't taken off the materia since Junon, so I could put it on Barrett's ultimate weapon later in the game.

You can cross the swamp without fighting the Midgar Golem. It's not hard. I never use a chocobo.

I kill chocobos all the time in Tactics.

sometimes i do attack them, but then they'll run away and i go back to wasting my time trying to catch one.

you my friend are evil... or should I say, you my fiend! Anyway, I just attack everything so they normally get hit unless they run away fast enough.
