Loud. Always loud music, no matter what genre it is. :hyper:
Loud, louder the better, especially a bit of heavy metal, keeps the chavs away like garlic with vampires.
VERY loud.
I usually like it all pretty loud, but after hours of blasting it, I get really annoyed with it and turn it waaaaaaaay down. Or off.
If it's loud, then you can turn the volume down to save battery power, so LOUD LOUD LOUD!!

The music I listen to doesn't sound good when it's played loud, so I usually keep it at medium volume, not too loud and not too low.
I cannot stand it when people play music loud, especially when they live in a townhouse that's located right next to me.
Crappy music should be played low and good music should be played loud.
I listen to Welcome Home very loud, but i've got an ipod so no one really hears it much.
As loud as I'm allowed.
Masochistically loud.
Depends on the song.

Depends what and where.
I listen to music on a bus full of screaming kiddies, so it always needs to be loud (iPod at almost full), to block out the other sounds. Somewhere like that you need to listen to music that's loud to begin with, though. If it's unavoidably quiet, you get the backround noise.
And I suppose it depends on what you're listening to. Keane just get's fuzzy if it's turned up too high, but something louder... I guess it kind of sucks if it's turned down low.
Maybe it also depends on what you're doing. Different bands for different occasions, so maybe volume too. Or maybe that just comes with the band again.
If you just want some backround music, it's pretty low. But if you speciffically (sp? word?!) want to listen to music then it's louder.
... I think.
Music was designed to be loud. Especially classical music.
i love my music loud as possible. especially dance music. some of the reason why i go to a nightclub would be to hear it really loud. i love it then:D
Medium. Loud enough to hear and enjoy all the details but not loud enough to cause hearing damage. Probably between 70 to 80 dB.
perfect.Quote:

Quiet in the mornings, I don't want to scare myself too much. If I'm driving a friend home, I keep it quiet too, so we can talk a bit. But if it's a song we both really like I'll turn it up fairly loud. If I'm driving by myself I'll turn it up quite loud. And I usually listen to music at home but I keep it quiet so it doesn't bother my parents too much.
very very loud....it doesn't matter what kinda of music is, i love to hear it loud.
I dont want to replace my speakers every couple of months by turning my music ridiculously loud. I have it at a somewhat medium level. I like to chill and lay back to my tunes.
Loud, please. It makes the world disappear.
Loud, very loud!!
It gets realy annoying when its low.
Anything above 115dB can cause hearing loss, so as long as you keep it below you should be fine. I crank my mp3 player all the way up (103dB) all the time. :DQuote:

Loud.
Anything sustained over 90 dB for a few hours can slowly cause hearing loss as well.Quote:

Loud Very Loud
Medium for the most part, but when I go to sleep I put it on very low and when I'm in another room I like it very loud. Usually I'm sitting right next to the speakers though so I don't need a high volume.
I'm almost always using headphones so I can be loud without annoying people (unless Im singing) but I still like it at medium level
I play my music loud, but not loud enough to damage my ears. My hearing is good, and I want to keep it that way.
The few occasions I listen to music, I turn it down, only enoug that I can hear it. Same goes with the tv or pc speakers. Im just weird like that.
Good music should be played loud, and bad music shouldn't be played at all.
My CD player goes up to fifty, and I listen to pretty much everything at thirty. It's loud, but not unecessarily so.

Loud enough so my cars still vibrating when I get out.

Depends on mood I'm in, so usually loud until it starts to hurt the quality of the song
Loud. I can't get the full potential of the song if it isn't loud.
LOUD
soft
Well sometimes it depends on, if its loud and its not the kind of music i enjoy i get pissed rather fast.
I like to play it loud, but that has resulted in the unfortunate consequence of blowing all the speakers in my car.
Loud enough to headbnag too, 100Db!
That's dB, not the other way around :p.
Does everyone play their music loud? I just settle down with some headphones and relax. You don't have to blow your eardrums to enjoy music. ;)
I agree. =)Quote:

Just at normal volume. I don't like loud noises much.
Low, because I only have music on as "background music". Like when I'm reading a book or playing an MMORPG or in a long car ride.
I have to have it loud to chill!
i prefer it loud but i have a thing about letting other people know what i'm listening too
I always did like my music loud
Depends on my mood, and on what you call loud.
Really depends what Im listening to and how pissed off I am.
