It isn't depressing unless you are going through a similar situation.
You don't have to cry, or you are simultaneously peeling onions. Or you are emotional.
Because no one cares. Except for some people.
Cause Yuna memories about Tidus along with memories from Rikku and Paine. And Lenne and Shuyin when they got killed and never told eacher that they loved eacher other. yeah it makes me sad too
:kaocry: :kaobeg2:
Well it's sad sometimes.. but there are parts that are funny:D
No need to cry though!:rolleyes2
This game is very, very upbeat. Yes, you could argue the ending is sad, but they tainted that by giving it a very upbeat good ending.
It was sorta sad. But not as sad as the ending of X.
I didn't think it was all that sad. It needed to be MORE depressing. MORE MORE MORE. There was too much happiness for my liking. Although yeah, a few scenes were pretty emotional, I suppose.
I'd say it a really super girly happy game overall, though. :D
I cry every time cause i get way too cought up in the story. I always get over emotionel!
well it wasn't sad in the way X was, just everyone was so depressed about everything except for Rikku it seems. I mean, they were depressed but having a party at the same time sorta...
I was nearly in tears because Yuna was incredily lame. You want depressing, look at VI and VII.

 well let's say that i kinda do have the same problem...I was introduced to this game by a girl that knew what knew that i waa going thrugh. Hey don't worry Maite....I mean I get emotional too...especially when you feel Yuna's desire to see him again:choc2: Just look at my sig. and you will see.Quote:

Maite_Sweet_Rebelde, if you want to talk more about your problems, we have a lovely forum dedicated for doing just that, EoEO.-kikimm

what normally makes me cry in it is the The people and friends we have lost or the dreams that have faded never forget them part cause she is talking all about tidus and then in x-2 when she sings 1000 words.
It's so sad, but I just don't see how Vegnegun really fits in this story...I mean, Shuyin tried to use him, but what relevance does it have to Tidus and Yuna, or I guess it could have been their Sin, though Vegnegun never really caused any destruction (unless you lose to it of course)
I got emotional over X. If anything I'd say this is the happiest game in the series and has a really happy sappy ending. =p
I think the only reason this game is depressing is because you just shelled out £35 for it and realised it was not worthy of £5
Incomplete, so the only way they can make up for it is by creating a pretty useless compilation? X-2 had a shoddy predictable ending. So there love. If you followed it properly, you would not have been "lost".Quote:

FFX/X-2 are WAY better than FFVII and I made my point with the last post.
And I don't know what in the blue hell do you mean by "followed it properly" same I could say to you 'bout X-2. It's sad how you come to this section of the forum to whine 'bout a game you don't even like. Waste your time on something else buddy.
Hahahaha,ha.Quote:

FFX on the other hand is worth the $50 you shelled out for it. FFX-2 is also the easiest one. (Alchemist + DK w/ Ragnarok + Mascot with the Cactaur Cannon/Moogle Beam ~= Cat Nip + Gunner ~= Hero Drink = everything dead.)
~= means "congruent to", for all those not knowledgeable of Geometery. (Technically the tilde is above the equals sign, but I don't know the keyboard shortcut for the symbol)
Do not talk like this to another member of this forum again. We can "waste our time" on whatever we want here; we all have a right to our own opinion, and we all have the right to post it. Just because you don't like someone else's opinion doesn't mean you can talk to them in this way.Quote:

X-2 is more of a game where everyone is getting on in life and not actually being all sad and stuff.
I only cried over Auron when he passed on in X.

OMG! I finally finnished the game! it was so sad...lenne finally got to shuyin!
Why did i cry!
I had happy ending, so i saw @ the end of the credits(the 1000 words song was so beautiful) the sene in wich yunie & Tidus get back together...i know it's suppose to be happy but i found it so so so sad!
P.S I don't really like da Guados!
What!? FFX-2 is one of the liveliest FF's so far probably, I don't see how it can make you cry.
The only bit in X-2 I really like is when you beat Shuyin and he says "Don't try to tell me you understand." It makes me cry. Probably the fact it has the 1000 words piano in the background. That was the best music in the game.
I also like the bit when you go into the farplane for the first time and Shuyin says 'Spira hasn't really changed at all. People are still fighting over nothing, still dying like they used to." That's a really good point.
But still, if you want sad scenes, play VI. My favourite scenes are when (SPOILER)Cyans's wife and child leave on the phantom train and (SPOILER)Celes attempts to commit suicide.
Maybe she was dissapointed that it didnt play out like X did.:cry:Quote:
