Well, ya know, it's all depending on how I'd feel. In Mewts case, he felt sad or alone. So, I'd make the world all gloomy, so that everyone was sad with me. ;P But then again, thats just me. xD I also like Mewt's world the way it was, with all the Judges, and ---Lemme stop rambling.

My world would probably look like a mish-mash from every FF game...

I would reprogram people to not be stupid so I could once again have faith in the human/whatever race. People die but painlessly.

I would have a bunch of towns with large height differentials (at least a clocktower in each one!) so that I can replicate MLAPAN and the Zeltennian church somewhat. Besides that, a few more forest levels, a few seaside ones, and then a bunch of jagds in one area. Also, there would be no judges, because then no one would want to come back to my world. =p

I would have people play barbies while I watch.

Make a world thats pretty much a mish mash of almost all square games ^^

id outlaw rap music and make anything chav like illegal. id fill the world with electric guitars , drums and huge amplifiers. id teach combat in school and just use magic to make people clever. id be a master wizard and id make the judges stop making up pointless rules ( no using items? WTH!!! its so meaningless!) and also use them to make sure no one is killed in battle (just like in the game.). id bring in all jobs classes imaginable and magic skills and make the world a better place.

I would also make the most awesome classes and teach combat and obedience in my school. And i would be a darknight dual wielding awesome Scimitars and have the ability to use fire like a firebender on avatar (scratch that i'll be the AVATAR!)

I would make it so that every character you play that has a major role in the final fantasy games worked for me and i would turn them all evil so like there was none of that "I'm a do-gooder" crap Instead we would just go around killing people that I don't like for no reason. Then I would destroy the Earth and fly away in a huge spaceship so that anyone who tried to take me down would die in the destruction of Earth. Also then I would blow up the sun so everything remains in darkness. Then I would probalbly commit suicide because there would be noone to talk to because I would be all alone

I would make it illegal for girls to be blonde. Also no rap or soul or R&B or hip hop or anything along that line. The Totema would be protected by petrifing mist and a 50 foot deep moat. Also the schools would have to teach Ninjalogy, Missilology, Swordology, Bigswordology, 2Sworldology (Not to be confused with SwordologyII), and German. Oh yea and Iceology, Summonolgy, Time Manipulogy, Dancology, and Composition.
