An old face returns...

I've decided to come back after a good... 4 year hiatus. I needed a change of forums. Might as well choose here than anywhere else, right? :) I wonder how many old faces from back that far are still posting on here now.

Anyway, I shall see you all around the forums. :)

A question for many of the oldies: How come my account is still active after four years? :D

Welcome back. Unfortunately welcome back threads are not allowed. So, to keep your thread open lets make the thread about what's the longest you've ever been away from EoFF? Personally, I haven't really been here as much as I used to.

Longest I've been away would be a year....maybe 2. And welcome back, man....I think I remember you.

Well I only joined end of 2004 so of course I dont remember you. In keeping with the question however - I've recently come back after an abscense of about 5 months or so.

I technically joined in 2002 and then I left for a couple of years. When I returned the forum skin had changed so I didn't recognise the forums and rejoined - both of my accounts have been merged now, though.

I was pretty much not here from late 2001 to early 2003.

I was here when you were! I was either TrowaBartonIV or TsukasaIV. The longest I've been gone form eoff is a few months at a time due to lack of internet and such.

I once left permenantly and returned after approximately four months.

The longest I've been away from EoFF is probably four or five days. Maybe less.

Thanks to those from the old days who recall me. I remember most of your faces quite well. I'm suprised by how many oldies are still around, actually. I'm even more suprised the forum has stayed up this long without some sort of server crash. That has to be a Guiness Book worthy record right there...

Oh, so this doesn't constitute as spam, I guess I may as well answer my own question. My longest leave from any forum would probably be... this one! 4 years. :D

Completely without, probably about six months. However, I posted only once every few months from mid-2002 to early 2004.

Probably a month or two or three. I think that was around spring of '05.

Yes, Im surprised that EoFF has gone about five years without a server crash. It's pretty amazing actually.

Threre was a period of about 6 months were I only logged on once or twice; though, right now I'm not active much at all

I remember you were Irish and looking at that font, I remember that as well (probably for the wrong reasons!).

I've been away for a few months before. I'm generally pretty unactive, but I don't do huge stints without posting.

I think I remember you, you were on back when I was on. I just came back myself from a 2 year vacation and before that I left for about a year way back there. so... 2-2 1/2 years and Im back as well. Welcome back.
