Just a pointless question.

When scrolling through a thread, trying to locate a certain post do you:
a. scroll quickly through the page and find that post by the persons avitar and sig
or
b. look at the actual screan names and scroll through slowly

I look at the av sig mostly.

I violently scream the name of the poster at the scroll bar for about seven minutes while threatening it with a comically large cricket bat until it complies and goes to the last post made by that poster automatically.

I tend to read all of them

I read most posts anyway.

I look at the avatar pics

I've got people hired for that.

If I know their sn, I look that up and go to "See all posts by ______", if I dont, then I do what everyone else does.

I like how there is no C in your options.

I just ignore every post that isn't written in a custom font. For example, in this thread, I only read Zeldy and xxxoxxoxoxxoxemoamericandreamxoxoxoxox's posts. That way there aren't as many posts that I need to locate.

I usually read all posts, but when I'm looking for a post the second time round I use avatars and sigs to locate it. :grinpink:

I skim unless I find a post by someone who I like to read, which I'll generally do by catching their avatar.

If I'm looking for a certain post, I look at the sig. But I usually try and read everything. It's polite :D

Avatars, but only if I need to find a specific post in the topic. Otherwise, I scan all the previous posts.

Unless I'm looking for a post I know is there, I just scan all the previous posts. Other than that, I use the ol' avatar method.

As a side note, this is one of the reasons it's so fun to keep changing your avatar.
