My mistake, thought he was asking for the PAL and original JP version (Which, iirc, are the same except for the size of the logo. Am I right?)

I will always prefer the games logo on a white background. That goes for all Final Fantasy games.

I have always prefered the game logo over a game art or screenshot, like they do in the US. And this time is no different.

I really liked the US version of X, in terms of the cover art. Beautiful water/beaches are just eye candy, and the sword's pretty sweet to boot.

Because they need to get the attention of as many buyers as possible, and a guy and a huge sword, displayed in high resolution apparently looks "cooler".
While it might be, I prefer the boxes to look classic and stylish rather than "cool". I also think the logo artwork is pretty for most of the games.

There are very very very very very few instances when flashy American box art is ever even mildly comparable to the original, let alone better. Final Fantasy X isn't even close to being one of these instances.

i was going to say N. American (and maybe i will), but...it's a deadlock between N. American and International. then you have the fancy box-art, the logo, and the little Japanese characters.
