Final Fantasy Dream Team

OK If it was possible to play a ff game with any 8 characters from 1-11 (CC+Tactics)
Who would you pick.
My party would be-

5.Dagger(eidolons + white magic)
6.Zidane(cos he's so cute)

1. Auron - All that strength will be pretty sweet in slaughtering enemies.
2. Vivi - Best black mage around, and my favorite character in IX.
3. Garnet - My favorite out of all the white mages/summoners. Yay.
4. Terra - A strong mage and a strong warrior.
5. Locke - The coolest thief around, and a pretty good warrior as well.
6. Cid (FFVII) - His dynamite/cigarette attack will be a great asset to the team.
7. Edge - Awesome ninja skillz, and a humorous personality.
8. Faris - Everyone needs a pirate in their team. Besides, she has all her job crystals.

A team of my favorite characters who also happen to be good fighters/mages/whatever.

This is a pretty good list, although I'd love to sub Orlandu and Beowulf from FFTactics for Vincent and Irvine. But hey, they are not from FFs 1-11.:mad:

Cyan (for Swd Tech, and FFVI spells, namely QUICK)
Sabin (for Blitz, and FFVI spells)
Zell (for limit break, and FFVIII Meltdown spell)
Squall (for limit break, and meltdown)
FF3 OK (kick ass onion equipment, dual weapons)
Rydia (summon and black magic)
FFV character... Faris probably (master all jobs and be a traveler)
Cid (token Cid character, plus he's just the coolest character in VII)

THE JACKEL

Cecil - Good attacker and healer
Cyan - I like SwordTechs
Locke - Capture ability helps a lot
Gau - Give him Merit Award, Stunner, and Offering then sit back and watch him slotter!
Vincent - His morphing ability will turn in really useful
Rosa - Primary healer
Edge - Another stealer never hurts
Mindu - ULTIMAer!!!!!!

Orlandu - He's just evil man, evil.
Zidane - He's the Shiznet
Rydia - prefrably the one from Shads sig
Sabin - Need a Brawler
Barret - Closet thing to Mr. T they got.
ViVi - Black Mages Rock
Dagger - More for healing then summoning
Leo - I just like Leo

7. Yuna: Healing? Summoning? give it to Yuna
8. Lulu: Great evasion, grown-up girl wins!

Garnet - The other half of the franchise of Final Fantasy! Greatest white mage/summoner ever

Finally someone with good taste in characters. well balanced, and unique.:)

The only character i would mod is Lulu. only for the fact that Yuna can learn both black mage and white mage, so why have both, but who to replace her with......

I always thought of replacing Lulu with a blue mage......perhaps Kimahri would do...

1. Cloud - Omnislash!!
2. Squall - Lionheart!!
3. Nanaki - Cute but Strong!!
Try to break this three wall!
4. Lulu - She is my favourite. Her Doublecast Ultima pwns.
5. Quistis - She is my favourite. Her Degenerator pwns.
6. Kimahri - he is my favourite. Nova beat them all.
Try to beat the offensive magic user, Blue Mage also have attacking magic!
7. Yuna - heal us, help us, go YUNA!!
8. Vivi - His job is to protect Yuna!
Backsit: Rinoa - Angelo will help us in time of need.
It's best to have Quistis/Quina in your party, Draco, Kimahri Blue Magic is less and weak but I have hi as favourites.

I'm assuming this can only be composed of main characters, judging by everyone elses' lists. Darn, I wanted Sephiroth on mine too...XD

My team would be:
1. Cloud: Powerfull character
2. Generic Archer (FFT) *a female one: for long range attacks
3. Beatrix: Very attractive and powerful.
4. Orlandu: Duh..
5. Freya: For her spear and jump ablilties. Her lover would be good too.
6. Vivi: His magic pwns.
7. Reis: Could be both a black and white magic user and on top of that use her dragon abilites
8. Aeris: Can't have cloud with out aeris.
