the title says it all, say your favourite horror movie of all time and discuss.
Mine would be A Nightmare On Elm Street 2 or 6, the whole series for that matter. Alongside NOES I like tons of others.

(sigh)how the heck am i soposed to know all i know is that he's got a british acsent and i dont like him
Tell me about it, the japanese version is stupidly scary, I also had trouble sleeping watching the japanese version. So I think we've all learned a valuable lesson...Japanese horror movies are the scariest, no?
It was the creepy sounds (croooaaaak) and shadows that did it for me, also the unusual camera angles added alot to the all-around spookiness.
Ringu was pretty good. Not the ring, ringu. I want to see the japanese version of the grudge really bad.
The Manga of Ring is pretty good. ('Ringu' is just ring. But yeah, I know what you mean.) I still want to see the Japanese version, I actually haven't watched the American version.
Since most horror movies make me laugh (predictibility?), I guess I liked Halloween the most. Mike Myers (psycho, of course) is awesome. And that theme. And the stupid kids that feel the need to make out in the barn when there's a pitchfork right near them....:cat:
Yeah, I love the predictablititly of scary movies. Mostly cause of how funny they are. Like Freddy vs. Jason for example. Its funny cause its all so predictable. Out of all of em Halloween is my favorite predictable movie.
Number 2? That's an interesting choice. It's always good to find fans who aren't like "One was teh pwn and al the sequels were dumb." :)Quote:

Interesting choice. I never really got what was happening in that movie. Confused me quite a bit. Still confused to this day xDQuote:

Okay, so it's not a full-fledged movie, but still. ;______;
The Ring is the only scary movie that's ever scared me. Yes, the American version.
