Yesterday, I was thinkning of getting up very early, because I love being up at, like, 4:00 - 5:00 AM. :D
However, I failed again, which I always do, because I stayed up reading The Hobbit till 2:00 AM. :rolleyes2
This is a very, very common scenario; I just tend to stay up very late, and sometimes I even stay up the whole night, especially during summer.
How about you?
Are you a night-owl, or do you love the mornings? :)
I just slept all night (10:30 to 9:30) so I definitely was not a night owl this evening.

Yep, I are insomniac. I'm trying very hard not to be though. :( It's crazy killer on health, and makes me feel like I'm having a hangover the next morning.
The Hobbit is completely worth staying up all night for, may I add. I do it often! The Hobbit! The Hobbit! :greenie:
I kinda do both. I'm usually still awake between 2-4am but I still manage to get up at like 10-11am. :jess:
I usually stay up late because my sleep patterns are smurfed up. But I'm not a smurfing bird.
In this house, I am more of a night owl than anyone. My parents like to go to sleep about 9:30-10, I prefer 11:30, but it's not usually possible with my mum whining and telling me to "turn off the light!" I used to be the first awake at weekends, but now I seem to sleep till 10-11 in the morning. I hate getting up early, but once I'm awake it's usually very hard to get back to sleep...unless it's a school day :confused:.

I truly prefer getting up at 06:00 AM, having a sensible breakfast and taking a walk in the morning sun, but I never seem to make it. :mad:

When I don't have school, I'm usually up until at least 1. During the summer I adjust to being up late and rarely go to sleep earlier than 3 or 4 in the morning. I like being up at night. :p

Unfortunately, this has a negative effect on my body..
I hate sleep, there's not enough hours in the day to do all the things i want, sleeping for 6-9 hours is just a waste.
I used to stay up real late, half because I wanted to but I could never fall asleep anyways, so now I take sleeping pills so I get enough sleep, I like being up in the mornings more.
I don't usually go to bed before 12, even when I have to get up. When I don't have to get up in the morning, it's not uncommon for me to stay up until 4:30 or 5:00.
I went to bed at 3 am last night. And let's just say I discovered I could actually stay up until 6 last weekend! And can you believe I got up at 11:30 that morning?I'm a night owl,lol

A friend of mine stayed up for 36 hours working recently. He was like a zombie at the end.
I hate mornings, I'm completely not a morning person. The later the better.
Which makes me having to get up at 5am for the meet-up tomorrow REALLY sucky.

I usually stay up all night studying :( but the computers broke no so I can't do it as much.
I still haven't understood what "O RLY?" means. However, I go to sleep after midnight, so I suppose I can be called an owl.
I usually wake up at around 3 or 4. I will have a snack at that time. Then i'd go back to bed and get up smurfing late.
Ive been recently though. I go to bed at 2am latest, and wake up at around 10am.

Yup, I'm a bit of a night owl. I go to bed at around 12 and then I usually stay up reading or listening to music and I'm not asleep until about 1 or 2 am =/
I was back when I was still able to be (before I had a full time job).
I love getting up early! But it's very hard (especially since I rarely sleep).
1-2am? Pffft! I stay up until 3-6am many nights of the week. :D
Of course that will all change when I finish this university quarter and go back to work this summer.
I usually go to sleep like... 1:00-5:00AM at weekends, but on schooldays I go to sleep around 11:00-12:00.

Yeah, the night's more peaceful, more THOUGHTFUL, it just has a good feeling to it, but I like the day too don't get me wrong, I wish we could have BOTH together without any sleep:).

When work allows it. Usually I stay up between 11PM - 1 AM, and than wake up at 6 AM, but if I'm off work I'll stay up fairly late. It's after 3 AM now.
Im always up late since some buddies live in other time zones :p

Depends. I usually go to bed around 11 or 12, and get up somewhere around 6; staying up later than that is pretty pointless right now, because everyone else is sleeping, so I can't leave my room and make noise, or have any lights on. And there isn't much to do on the internet for me, especially that late/early/whatever. Although I have been staying up real late recently, because of Spring Break. But I just love getting up early. :D
I used to be a wicked insomniac, still get little relapses now and again. But now my schedule usually makes it so I get sleep now. Im always a night owl either way, Im usually up inbetween 3-5am before I can get to sleep, but I have been having class around noon, so I still get sleep.
I function quite well without a full nights sleep though.
It depends. During the summer I usually sleep from about 1am until 10am or so. During the school year it's about 11pm until 7am.
I like the early morning personally. And once I wake up, I've noticed that I seem to be more refreshed and less tired on days where I go to bed early and wake up early. It's odd.

I always end up staying up because theres a movie I wna watch, end up getting sidetracked, realise its about 5 in the morning and that I have school.
End up going to bed, getting up late, then just not bothering to go to school.
Thus the chain continues.
Theres just something I really like about night.

I like to stay up late. I prefer to go to bed at about 3-5am, but recently I've had to get up early in the morning so I've had to go to bed early, I hate it. An why is everything scheduled around morning people? :mad2: I shouldn't have to get up early if my bodyclock is naturally programmed to stay up late and wake up late.
Whenever there isn't school the next day, I am. I tend to play video games,look up porn, and browse the Internet.
If I'm a night owl? I must be..I have so much trouble to go to sleep, I just don't like to. It's hell to go to sleep every night, even when I'm tired I don't want to go. On weekends, I usually go to sleep arround 3am
On breaks, Fridays, Saturdays, and a good majority of Sundays I am.
2-3am is my norm, even though I've started uni now and I have to wake up at 8-9am. I usually catch some Zzzs on the bus to uni or just in random lectures I don't feel like staying awake for.
When I have no reason to get up in the morning I immediately revert to being nocturnal.
Sometimes I'm a vampire, sometimes I love the daylight.
It greatly varies. And I hate the morning. I prefer dusk, evening and dawn. :mog:

I sleep LATE/EARLY. 3am/4am. Insomnia.
And when I do sleep, I end up sleeping through the whole day. XD I once woke up at 5pm.
I work from 3pm to midnight, then play video games alone in the dark untill it be bright then I go night night
I try to stay up late, but then my adolescent sleep function kicks in and I have no choice but to comply, it is so mean! I want to stay up! like the cool kids!
