In the sceen on the celcius (I think in the beginning of chapter 4) Paine speaks something in al bhed. Her voice sounds completely different. Is the al bhed part voiced by a different person?

a lot of the characters sound completely different when speaking al bhed
she is also speaking in a differant tone ;)

Sounded like Paine to me (shrugs)
Paines voice always sounds the same.
Maybe they hire a new set of voice actors when speaking in Al Bhed. After all, the cipher has a Slavic accent to it.
Sounds like Paine to me too. Why should they change? It's not like it's hard to get the hang of the accent.
