HOLY RETARDEDNESS I accidentally used my only hero drink!

HELP!How do I get any more hero drinks?PLEASE,ANYTHING WILL DO!

i only got one, are there more?

There's one at the Icicle Inn and two in the Northern Cave. If you want more you can win them from the races at the Chocobo Square and then use the W-Item duplication trick to get as many as you need.

No, there's nothing to make it easier. They only appear at Rank A and S, so don't bother with the lower ranks.

oh man, come on, they're all over the dam chocobo races and i get them by accident all the time... serious, if you have good characters, you'll never need hero drinks, not even when Super Nova strikes

Hero Drinks incrase Attack, Magic, Defence and Magic Defence mods by 30% each time, up to a maximum of 100%. Using four will allow moves such as Ungarmax to hit 9,999 each time against Emerald WEAPON instead of 4-5,000. They're not really for defence, though it does help.

well fair enough, its just that using hero drinks and stuff like that has never really been my deal in Final Fantasys, cuz i see it as a kind of cheat, y'know?

Cheating? Not really. It's just using the items the game provides to their best potential. Super Nova reduces the character's HP by 15/16ths, so no amount of Defence would help anyway.

I don't use Hero Drinks to fight weapons:eep: . I only use 4xcut and Mime, and some other materia that need to be mastered and used.

ugh, double cut and quadra cut is a pain the A$$ to level up, honestly... :/

tis indeed!!i used hero drinks only for emmy when i had only cloud left and i had omnislash and mime,i used i hero drink before i used omnislash over n over again

Ive got a crap load of hero drinks i never use them though
If you use the w-item materia and select 1st item and pick who to use it on then select a second item and hit x once and you will have 1 more of that item just keep selecting it then cancel and itll go up only works on battle usable items though so u can use it for HD
