No, no, no. It would be an even crapper version of Charlies Angels.
Probably. But Square would get more money because for perverted guys would watch it in the cinema.Quote:

So it's my faviroute game, but movie... That wouldn't be very good.
they should remake the movie, like make Yuna's story better, and get clothes that covers them more, so people won't be nasty about it
What do you mean remake the movie? A FFX2 movie hasnt even been made. But I agree with No.78, the dressphere battle system made the game bearable.

Actually, I thought about it more today, and it's a crap idea.
I think Flower Moon meant that if SE did a movie, they should remake FFX-2's setting in the movie instead of making the movie work out like the game: enhance the storyline, add some more character development, think about good ways how to replace the battles with actio scenes without the movie having too much action to ruin the storyline etc.
I like Final Fantasy X-2 as a game, myself. The battle system was very fun, and you'd lose that feature if the game was turned into a movie since you can't be playing yourself anymore. The game didn't have that many FMVs or other big movie scenes either, so it'd be hard to make the game more cinematic. Besides, FFX-2 is a sequel. If it was turned into a movie, an average viewer might not get much of the story. It would be like with FFVII AC, pretty much only fans of the game would really like it. And considering I think FFVII is a lot more popular than FFX-2, the movie wouldn't have too big a fanbase to start with.
I dont see a "Neither" option.
Or a TV series option. It's already got episodes.
Yeah something like that, but seen some people didn't like the storyQuote:

and ffx-2 has been rushed, if they turned it into a movie, and take time remaking it and still having YuRiPa as main characters but making the story better, like learning more about Lenne and Shuyin, Paine's past,
Tidus and saying his name at lest 1 or 2 in the movie.
and making the clothes cover up more some people won't say
this movie is nasty and all that crud and the dresspheres too.
I still like ffx-2 the game but a remake movie would be cool :D

Neither. Definately not a movie.
Both would kick ass.

Since there weren't really that many cutscenes (at least important ones), they'd have to add something in, or else you'd just be watching Yuna, Rikku, and Paine run around killing fiends and taking on one or two major jobs. it would be all action. It's not like they could add in the tasks you get during the game, because the movie would then be full of things that have nothing to do with the storyline. The outfits were okay, but I think that maybe they should add to the more revealing ones or something so that it doesn't get bad remarks. It would take some effort, but I'd like to see and FFX-2 movie. And they might as well do X while they're at it..............
You say they'd kick ass, but you have to realise, what would be the point of making another game or making a movie? Waste of money, it'd be pointless, when they have other, better projects to work on.

how in the WORLD do you think they could make the game again?Quote:

FFX-2 makes a better garbage.

However, despite its many flaws, I still have a certain affection for the game. But about the only thing that would induce me to see an FFX-2 movie would be for Leblanc to be in it.
Remember that well, Loves.
But Boss......We are Sphere Hunters not an actor.:DQuote:

I think it would make a good animated movie, but it would probobly be a better game.
I want neither. :(
[QUOTE=Flower Moon]hmmm, this is the information people seem to miss alot, a section of lore.Quote:

if a small lookabout is what you are in the mood for, you will eventually find out ALOT about Lenne and Shuyin... and there past.
as for paine... I kind of found the nostalgic visits to her past good enough :)
AS for a movie.
I say... no... the hotspots arent enough information for a movie.
this is why games are better, searching for the hidden things is much funner :)
Ouch! But We're fighting those Dullwings.Quote:

I'm not sure I understand the poll options here. Is Yuffie the Dragon Ninja asking if an FFX-2 would make a better movie than a game?
Can I just say I'm so happy to find someone else who loves Leblanc as much as me.Quote:

By all means. After all, she is the Queen of Hearts. :heart:Quote:

How old is Tara? Ya see if they did do it live action I would actually want the characters to be accurately aged. I mean I get so irritated at IMDB when 20 odd people say that Anglina Jolie should play Paine if they did an live action version...morons. Number one she doesn't look like Paine and secondly..she's waay too old.Quote:

If her birthdate in imdb.com is accurate, she's 33. I still think she'd look good as Rikku though.
I take back what I said about a fight scene, I just imagined something cool... Like, what if they changed dresspheres like how mystique changes appearance in the x-men films? They could be jumping all over the place changing around.
Like... Paine's in a sword lock with someone... So she changes into dark knight, smirks, and then expells energy from her body (darkness) to repel them! Then goes gun mage and shoots them, you get the idea...
But the storyline is still kinda lacking.
I like the game itself.... i dont think they should make a movie...:D
WOW! Who had this awesome idea?So great!
Movie would be great! And that box above...It couldn't be better!!!!!!!!!I liked the dressphere system ,how would it work in movie? maybe they could..U could choose it on start of the movie.(take this dressphere on battle scienes..)And that way.:D
And it would be hole-great-awesome-grafic!i(s grafic right word?)
But i think i would like playing the game more than watching a movie.
No, the reason X-2 is so horrible because it hurts to watch, the horrid story, the idiotic characters, crap music, shameless softcore porn, other bleckness. Decently adequate gameplay is all that saves it, if you take out the interactive aspect it has no saving grave and is even more pathetic.
Nonexistence > Game > Movie.

I'm sorry, the game is merely unsatisfying in every aspect aside from gameplay. I didn't want this game to be so disappointing (in my opinion, mind you).
I will just download it and watch it if there is one.
I'd only watch the movie if the entire plot centered around how Lulu kept her figure when she's pregnant.
What they should do is to make a movie combining both FFX and X-2, and then have like a "what happens after X-2" like an epilogue sort of thing.
i say movei is much better. And i have that copy of the "movie" above, its basically on a guy sitting down playing while sumone records it.an actually movie would be great!Quote:

^^thous are not official covers, no SE logos. but a moive would be fun, i think it would make a better moive, tbh. its so short and lacking most things that ff games have. but maybe that bit where yuna is falling into glen would look to much like that bit in ff7ac where cloud is falling with the white around him. lol, this could become a trend, the sequal is a movie! haha, 1st..game 2nd movie! haha.
