If you can do 99999 damage with three of your character, then yes.
It would be good if you have 255 Magic Defense, this will make Ultima a breeze.
If you have low magic defense, make sure you summon every Aeons after your turns end.
It is possible to win with Aeons only.
But that aeons must learn Haste, Regen, Shell, Protect and Lancet.
You must have good stat (preferably over 200).
I'll rate it 2/10.

EDIT - You never know if you don't try. You don't get Game Over so don't worry.
On a scale of one to ten, UB is a three. The thing about UB is that he has more HP than anything you have seen up to this point (except Nemesis or Penance). So prepare for a long battle.
The best thing to do is to have stats above 125 in all areas except Luck, assuming that you are finding the Luck Spheres difficult to obtain at this time.

The first thing to do is to destroy the Head, and the best way to do this is either with Wakka, or someone who knows how to use Ultima. If you are capable of doing 75000 with Ultima or more, then it should also destroy the arms (which protect the main body).
After that, pound away. UB will alternate between Ultima and physical attacks, so you must have balanced stats.
I would not suggest using Aeons at this point in time (their stats are also too low, and to gather the items needed increase their arsenal of attacks is painfully difficult). And you need to try; you don't get Game Over at the Monster Arena, and there is a very handy dandy heal less then 1 second away.
When the arms are dead, UB takes FULL DAMAGE from both Magic and normal attacks. When the Arms are alive, attacks directed at the Body will cause damage as though you had base stats. The Arms have the "Armored" status and cannot be Armor Broken, but they do take full damage form Magic attacks. The Arms regenerate every three of UB's turns. The Head also takes full damage from all attacks at all times.
I mean having the aeons to shield you from Ultima if the party is too weak (Don't summon Yojimbo, he'll go sulk after he's dead).

evrything is easy with 99,999 dmg use a party where it will be a challenge

You don't have to. You can reach 255 in all stats except for Luck just by the Sphere Nodes and filling in missing nodes on the board. You don't have to clear anything until you are shooting for 99999 HP OR 255 Luck at the same time as 255 Evasion/Accuracy. MP shouldn't a be a problem, because it's so useless.Quote:

I found Ultima Buster to be incredibly easy, but obviously that depends on the stats because three of my party members are maxed out. Depending on your stats/auto-abilities, you can do up to 2,400,000 (I use the Windows calculator for long fights to keep track of how much longer there is to go) before he can even get a turn. Easily done with Auto-Haste, Doublecast (Ultima x2), Copycat, 255 Magic and Magic Defence (his Ultima will only do a few thousand at most).
