Since obviously not many people will no this, they have forbiden yams from bringing back the pimp smiley! I shall not stand for this outrage! Report all unnessacary site Changes to Yams so he may change them back! THis shall continue and Eyes on staff will be held hostage this way by Yams! Bring back the pimp staff! only then shall yams wrath be stopped.

I glance at it most times I enter General Chat. If it's new, I'll read it, if not, I don't care.
I read them if the titles are in caps lock.

I read anouncements when the title gets my attention.
Anything involving sheep, monkeys, water pistols and sea shells would do.
Not very often, I suppose.

I read them whenever I notice a new one...
I read them as soon as I see them. And if I'm getting anxious and excited for the next one, I will read the current one many times. I like new announcements. Even if I already know what they're going to be about a lot of the time.
Announcements are too boring to read.

I read the announcements everytime I notice a new one. I usually check to see if the latest one has changed every time I log in. Announcements are fun.
I always skip over announcements, I didn't even find out I was nominated in the Ciddies until it was a week or so before the end of the finals. Maybe I should check it more often.
As for the pimp smilie, I posted in the other thread about whether or not it should be allowed a few times, but at this point I really don't care. It's just a smilie, stop complaining about it. Be happy with the forum as it is.
I have a tendency to ignore them, but I think I've read almost all of them sooner or later anyway.
there are alot of things wrong with the pimp smiley:
-promotes SMOKING.
-promotes pimping...which in reality isn't any good.
-Hell, there are better smileys than that.
I always read the announcements, because unlike the general population here, I can read. It's good to have an idea of what's happening.
The Pimp shall never be brought back, simply because he was never here.
I'm ashamed to admit that I've never actually read one of the announcements. :(
