Unusable characters...

Which characters from any FF that you don't get to use as one of the party, do you wish that you could use.

I personally would like to use Lani, from IX, but even though you get to play as Beatrix i would be cool if she were to fight with the team throughout the game.

I personally wanted to play as the Turks, but I have Before Crisis to look forward so thats one wish granted :D

I always wished that you could use Fratley to fight along Freya in some part of the story.The love of them......so tragic......:(

I wish both Marcus and Blank would be permanent fighting characters...

And yes i would also liked to fight using the Turks.

Beatrix, Blank, Marcus and Cinna can be permanent party members if you use the appropriate codes.

I agree with OD, Fratley should've been more involved in the game. Other than him, the only character I can think of at the moment is General Leo (FFVI).

Brother in X/X-2, he would fight a lot like the Palmer battle in FF7.

or Angelo in FF8

I've always wanted to play as the villans... but other than that, Paul from FFII.

I wish Kuja in FFIX was playable, or Shuyin in FFX-2.

Gippal, Baralai, Nooj, Leblanc, Ormi, Logos, Maechen, Lucil, Biran, Yenke, Beatrix, Kuja, Brahne, Maliris, Tiamat, Kraken, Lich, Clasko, Elma, Sephiroth, Jenova, Lucrecia, Rude, Reno, Elena, Tseng, Rufus, Dyne, Bugenhagen, Rachel, Cid (FFVI), Maduin, Gestahl, Kefka, Lone Wolf.......TOO MANY OF THEM!

^^You still get to fight with Sephiroth although he's just an NPC.

I loved Ruby from FFIX. I think she would be awesome in a battle! :love:

Laguna! in FFVIII..........man........I wish he was the main character, funny, acts somewhat like me, sincere, cool character overall, great weapons and limit break. Oh well.

The best FFVIII party would clearly be Xu, Nida, and Quistis.

I wish in IV I could play as Bargus, but no, he turns into a monster on me right after he joins.

That's Beigan. Where'd you get "Bargus"?

Give me a break, i'm horrible with names. And I have no Idea where I got Bargus, but at least it started with the same letter this time.

I would have liked to play as Golbez in IV.

Zalbag. I wanted to give his sword skills a whirl.

I wanted to play Fujin and Raijin from ff8. i also wanted to play jesse from ff7

I'd have wanted to have Beatrix in my party in FFIX, as a permanent party member. Golbez in FFIV and Princess Sara in FFIII too. ^^

Jesse, Biggs, Wedge. Avalanche is awesome. Dyne too. And the Turks. And Rufus.
Along with Galuf, I'd want Zeza, Drogan and Kelga to fight.
Lani would be neat.
I'd also like Gilgamesh.
Fujin and Raijin would be cool.

GENERAL LEO!, Kefka and Ghestal. Zack would have been cool in FFVIII

general leo for ff6 and zack for ff7

Theoreticly you do play as zack when Clouds telling the neibelheim reactor story in kalm, but he's messed up and thinks it was him. Would be call to propally play as Zack thougth, theres probably gonna be a spin off with him as the main character like Dirge of cerberus has daone with Vincent. Personaly I would have most liked to play as Jenova before she was locked away in staysis! what havoc she would have caused........:love:

When I first played FFIV and Cecil, Edge, and Kain went to the moon "alone", I was like, "Sweet, now I'll just go hook up with Golbez and FuSoYa in the Moon and do this thing". I was very sad to find I was wrong.

So yeah, Golbez would have been pretty sweet.

I'm saddened of not having General Leo in FFVI, so whenever I play on an emulator, I replace a character I don't use with General Leo, sprite, moves and everything, typically someone who can use a sword so that tends to limit who it is.

I wanted to play as Big Bad Rascal from FF8. And then hope to strangle someone with Ellone's scarf thingy.

And Barkeep. I bet Cid (FFX) would be a pretty awesome fighter too! Maybe... I wouldn't really know

i want to play as a shoopuff from FFX(X-2)! the special attack would be stomp and you would see the giant shoopuff stand on any fiends :D.

Nah really I would like to have Zack, Ultimecia and Griever on my team. They've got to have some decent moves stashed away :)
