I'm trying to prove a point with this title and the quote, bear with me.
Do you read the entire thread before you post?
I stole this quote thing from Levian

I don't know what to say. I can't talk about monkeys, and I can't spam either...IT'S A ONE WAY STREET.
And no...well, sometimes.

Edit: With pix >:>D
I always read the first post and normally most of the rest of the thread, depending on how many pages there are.
It depends on what it is about. But mostly I read the first and last one.
My favorite monkey is the MANDRILL. 'Cus it's ugly like yer mom. :jess:
I usually read the whole thread, but if it's really long I'll just select a few posts to read. :jess:
Flying monkeys are the coolest.
If it's something like a story, I'll just read the story parts, and not the spam/comments that come with it.
tl;dr MONKIES!
I try to post before the thread becomes too long and i dont want to read it
Sometimes.
Curse all you monkey haters!
I, uh, sometimes read it all. So I put 'yes.' Which in my mind means 'usually.' So ... yeah.
This is my favourite Monkey!!
What? This thread is not about monkey? :(
No this thread is about not reading threads! and you read it so you failed! Oh feel the R_A_G_E!Quote:

I point my cursor on the box that contains the thread to get a quick look at the first post. A lot of threads nowadays are into multiple pages so it saves me some time. If the thread is interesting I read all or most of the posts
PS Monkeys are funny

XD I pwned you.
I usually start reading posts after the point where another staff member posted that way I'm pretty sure they've checked the thread for any rule-breaking. If the thread is of particular interest I will read all the posts contained within.
I usually do a quick scan of the first post and the following ones, and generally quote anybody who has a similar opinion to my own or brought up a point I wish to counter.
I either read the entire thread and I don't post a reply, or I do, if I have something to say.

Dunno whether it is a monkey or not, but it's cool
Monkeys rock man, anyone who hates these magnificent creatures is what I must say be, a retard!
Every monkey other than gibbons and tamarins suck.
I preferred posting that to discussing the topic. :D
I just skim through it to get an idea of what the topic is about.
This topic is about monkeys, obviously. I dislike monkeys, but I am a monkey on the Chinese Calendar. They steal my food. :(
I just skim through it, and quote things, similar to

It's also a good idea to check the date of the first post. You could be posting in some old thread like it's a new one and making a complete ass out of yourself
Aww that's my favorite too <33 Sun Wukong~~Quote:

I voted yes, since you didn't include a "most of the time" option. It only makes sense to read the other posts, especially if it's a semi-serious, debate type thread where someone may have already proven wrong an argument you are about to make...which I have seen happen before. :rolleyes2. If the thread is 80 pages long before I ever see it, I generally won't post in it, because 1) I don't want to read all of those posts, and 2) what could I really add to a list of 500,000 posts? Other than to say, "Yeah, I agree....what's that you say? Saying 'I agree' is a copout...?" "I agree with that!"
So, yeah, I also like to get in on a thread early.
You took the words right out of my mouth, farplaner. It's quite annoying to see people make comments or 'insight' that has already been covered/dealt with and/or just really isn't necessary or ultimately off-topic...Quote:

The above picture tends to remind me of some people I know....
Like Flying Mullet. *bops Fig* :o
And I really did read the thread. But it's funner to pretend I didn't ^_^ Monkeys are a so much better topic than... blah blah whatever.
me too, usually if there are 3 or less pages.Quote:

Most of the time no, but if the topic is interesting or the thread's really short I might. In the art forum I'll usually scroll down slowly to see any other art that might not have been in the original post.
EDIT:
I always thought that thing in Mullets avatar was some kind of outer space potato man.Quote:
