i go to basically hang out with my friend how all of you:choc2:
I got 'talked to' today for never showing up to school.
I go because the law says I have to.
Besides that,I go to see my friends and become EDUCATED.
To hang out with my friends.
Socializing and edumacation
XD!
That's what Tennessee is known for:Edumacation.
I gots ta gezz me ma edumacation.
To become a SeeD.
It's something to ease the boredom.
I go because I have to. If I didn't have to, I'd still probably go... just not as much. I like seeing my friends and sometiems learning some cool things.
to get an education :D
thats the reason everyone should be going to school for, not just to socialize with friends.
so i dont end up a hobo living on the streets.
Because they made me.
I go so I can do things to impress colleges and to be in marching band and to entertain people and to sit and daydream about stu
Because I want to be able to get into a different good college if I'm not fit enough for the USAFA by the time I apply.
When i was in HS i used to goto the ditch and Drink Vodka, later my buddies named it the Vodka ditch after me :p ... talk about good times >.<
I go because I'm paying for it.
Because without it- I can't be the job I want to be, not to mention I can talk to my friends.
I used to go just to socialize, now I'll actually work this coming school year... and socialize of course.
I go because I really want to pass TEE, so I can go to Uni one day. Otherwise, I'd just...do the easy school and work and have a life.
To see the hot teacher.
My moms makes me go, so ya...
Ive never skipped a day from school, even If I wanted to, I wouldn't dare, my School is really strict on it.
I go because I want to/Have to. Its nice seeing my friends, but your only at school a few years, and they determine what job you will get.
I started Highschool wensday :) . Also, i do it to talk too friends mostly. The HW is crazy though :(
I went to school once, up untill I was 16. It didn't go very well, so I ditched school and started a career in the sound engineering profession. The best mother smurfing choice I made in my life, appart from quiting smoking. 2 days without weed so far, thats good for me. Although coffee more than makes up for it.:excited:
i have noi reason im forced to go to school friends pfft i can always call them i dont need school i have video games thats all the edamacation i need !:rolleyes2
Because I want a career someday, not some job in a state I despise.
To get educated so i can get into uni, but it wouldn't be the same without my awesome friends.
I go cause I have to, and also the chances of getting a good job without a degree are pretty slim.
I go to school because I'm not a pokemon trainer.
Seriously, do they go to school?
I go because I'm the only guy in my Art History Tutorial. I don't have to go to lectures, but I go to most (not english) to LEARN.
I hated school, I said I only went because I had to but now I think about I probably would've gone even if I had the choice.
But even then I'd probably hate it too. It really, really sucked.
because i like to learn, i want to have a better chance at a better paying job and i like school a lot actually.
So I can get a career, so I can be educated. I also go to see my mates, but I guess that's only a perk.
I have to, by law. :-/
It's not the law that you have to go to school. Legally if you're registered at a school, an you don't attend, then you can get in trouble with the law. But if you inform the school that you're leaving, an you are no longer registered at that school, an don't attend another school, that is perfectly legal.
For the ladies of course. And the occassional bit of education. If I feel like it.
I'll tell you tommorow.:D
to be controled by books and pencils instead of video games, computers and Super Smash Bros.
Because I rely on government pell grants, and because I sometimes have to throw my own cash in the pot. Above all though, I go because I want to learn about things that are highly interesting to me, as well as be secure in my future.
1) My parents paid a lot of money for me to attend classes and I think they'd be upset if I let that money go to waste.
2) I like learning.
3) My future.
Have sex with all the girls.
And to play football.
to better my skills as a journalist, and to learn...and not to mention, it's something to do.
Pfft who needs school. I hardly go and I still got A's and B's. And a few C's but no D's.
because working sucks even more
me not ned scol me es trams, me mean; smart
Because my parents make me. And also because I can't stand the idea of not having a college degree even though I'm 99% positive I can be highly successful without a degree.
It has a lot to do with pride I think.
Because I want to.
Because I have to. I hate school, but I'd rather go and get a good job so I don't end up wiping people's butts.
i went to high school cause i wanted to talk to my friends
im going to go to my two year college so i can move on to a bigger college
and im going to go to the bigger college for the same reason everyone else does... to get drunk... alot
also my parents make me, cause they want me to be rich and buy them stuff
>>> Because my parents forced me to go..
Basically it was the law up to the age of 16. Why I went after the age of 16 was because I deluded myself into thinking I needed university in order to accomplish something (I don't know what).
However all that did was teach me that I didn't need anything except approximately 500$ a month in order to survive in this world.
So basically I need to save about 20 000$ and invest it in 3% / annum mutual funds or some junk and I'll be set for life.
Sure there are ways to be richer, but why?
PS: I know I went off topic. I wanted to 'think out loud', and this thread helped a lot
I go because my parents make me and so does the U.S government.
Tomorrow is my first day of public school. EVER. I've been home-schooled my whole life. I figured that all the things in my home, such as Video Games and television, could (and were) distracting me from my schoolwork. So, I talked with my Mom about it, and she agreed that public school would be a good idea.
So, in conclusion, I'm going to public school for education.
I've recieved that warning many, many times. But it normally came in the form of "Be prepared for idiots" or "Be prepared for people inferior to you". Thanks anyway, though.
To make sure I can get the job of my dreams. I find normal everyday jobs like working in supermarkets, offices or building sites boring, so being a TV screenwriter would be a dream come true for me. Plus you get to meet interesting people along the way.
