my name is boys from the dwarf because of the comedy series, red dwarf and "boys from the dwarf." is said occasionally.

mine is a nickname from school 'pixie' and the demon came coz i tried to register it as a hotmail address when i was like 14 and just pixie wasnt available... and since i was an odd little freak i just added demon.

Giga Guess:
Guess comes from the very first time I logged on the internet and signed onto a forum (Something to do with Gamepro, I think). I tried every handle I could think of...none of 'em worked. Finally, being a smartass, I put in "Guess." It worked, it stuck.
Several years later, after EoFF underwent the big wipe, I decided since I was logging on anew, I'd "upgrade" it. Thus I felt that Giga Guess sounded pretty cool.
So there we go.
I was attacked by a giant enemy crab.
Mine remains self-evident. The meaning is clear.
Raven-
I happened to like the name alot when I got the screename, but now, not so much. I want to change it now.
Nox-
I took Albel Nox's last name from Star Ocean, and took it on as my online last name. I want to change it now.
Errr... the 'K' is short for Kyande, and 'chan' is just a Japanese honorific for girls. The whole thing (K-chan) has also been a long-running nickname for me, started by Chibi Youkai.
Upon deciphering the complex code that is my screen-name, I think you'll find that Mo-Nercy --> No Mercy :eek: :eek: :eek:
No Mercy being Seifer's Limit Break in Final Fantasy VIII. He was my favourite FF villian at the time but I didn't want to be some loser with the name No Mercy (although anything was better than that Al Bhed crap :D )

mine is a nickname givin' to me like 6 or 7 years ago by my brother, hes 7 years older than me and always called me shrub cause i was short and its just stuck with me and he still calls me that. ive just used it in everything from screennames ot email adresses

Butterfly Fx is a great song by one of my all time favourite metal bands called "Moonspell". I'm also fascinated by butterflies.. how they metamorphose, how complex and fragile they are. It also relates to that phenomenon known as Butterfly effect.
My screen name represents me in all my FFVIII greatness that I attained my own SeeD rank. That, and when I first joined this forum there were quite a few more Final Fantasy based names than there are now (in ratio at least), so I did the same. And Lou is short for Louis, it gives all the words of my screen name one syllable.

Ninja_Ryu i came up with when i was bored, and scrambling for a name, thought of ninjas, and thought of Ryu, and thought it could be a good ninja name.
My new screen name doesn't really have a meaning. But my old screen name (medigodoom) did have one.
It was named after Medigo Flare (at least I that's what I remember it being called), which is one of Omega's attacks in FFVIII. I think I added "Doom" to it, because if you didn't have 9999 HP, it would be instant death...
Actually, I don't even remember why I added doom to it. :(

mine is the name i came up with for a recurring character in any story i write, though he usually has a small role, i have a couple of books where he is one of the main characters...
it has also been brought to my attention that araciel is the name of an angel, and a catholic archchancellor, and various roleplayers on the interweb use MY name as well!! i should just stick with Jims, but it doesn't have the same snap to it
