hey im trying to figer out a good name for the web site im gona make. any ideas on what i shuld call it?

I called my site Bipper's Sweet Page of Ultimate Badassness when it was up. Just pick a name that defines your over all character, and the content of the site.

But ya; what is the site goign to be about - your personal shat, or what? With BSPOUB I just put whatever the hell I felt like on it, and called it badass. Cause that is just what I do.

An effective and commercialised title can be short. This is part of what is called 'Branding'. The title of my page was a cluster smurf of humor, wit, explanation, and just playin ZOH MY GOEING in one line. It is supirior.

Depends on what it's about. And shorts names are very good. I'd stay away from emo type of names for your websites, like Astray...x x x or whatever, because they're a dime a dozen. I have a website for my photography and other art and I decided to name it Tilde-Art~ because it's cute, different, and it reflects on me a bit.

the best name for a website??? First what ever the name is should help you pick a name.

A Flash Movie Website could be called:
Your company name
Your name you use in Flash Movies [Belonging to you]'s Flash movies

Comics:
Same idea from above.

Sprites:
A resource for sprites (Not spriter's resource or sprite resource, both exsist)

Game specific/Series specific:

Name of game/Series and then some catchy name for it, You know, like....:
Final Fantasy Exclusive
Super Mario's Plumber workshop
Link's Treehouse (I just made all of those up, not sure if they exsist tho.)

Get the idea???

Whatever you call it, make sure there's lots of candy-colored gradients and lower-cased headers. Horizontal lines are also a must. This is the dawning of the new age of the web!

I dont know what a bipper is but it sounds interesting and can be interpetted in many ways.
