I've never had a frozen banana before. I guess you could freeze it and it would be alright, can't say until I try it. :D

I don't eat bananas too often because of their texture... maybe if I throw it in the freezer for a while it would fix that problem. (covering it in chocolate sounds good)

They sell whole bananas dipped in chocolate with a popsicle stick-type of contraption holding it all together. They're pretty good, but not as good as fried plantain. That is the best thing ever.
