I always say whatever time I'm free on that particular day.

I usually say Noon for days away from school. 8am for meeting at school. 6:30pm for overnight stays and night visits.

I generally say a time between 1:30 and 2:30.

I usually just say, "Just come over whenever you're free!" ...Unless I've got stuff to do first. It depends.
