I hold doors open for people all the time, namely for women. xD I can be quite old fashioned.
I hold open doors for everyone and I think it's extremely rude if people don't do that. :(

I hold doors open for people all the time, because it's corteous and takes hardly any effort at all. There's no good reason not to, really.
I open the door for myself then I walk through it.

Yes. I hold the door for people out of habit and courtesy, because I assume they would for me. Also, it would suck to have a door hit you in the face, or crush your finger like what happened to me.

I do, I was brought up that way. But I expect men to hold the door open for me than I do women. I was brought up that way too.I hate it when guys fail to do so, and even more, push in front of you to go first. It seems guys today aren't brought up like they used to be.
