So what's the point that you can lose lots of calories, but take a short time daily (intense excercise)?
For me it's speed-walking on a treadmill and lifting two 5-pound weights in both my hands, 30 minutes.

kickin ass.....and lookin cool at the same time....i always feel hungry after that......
I think that if you really want to lose a significant amount of calories you have to exercise for a decent amount of time.
I like taking 5 mile bike rides, lifting weights, and doing push ups and sit ups.
Getting up in the morning...
Actually what I do at my work is pretty good exercise on it's own.
whaddaya do...
Run around most of the day trying to get stuff done. I'm a cook/dessert maker/dishwasher/supervisor. So, yeah. :)
Running for a bus
Marching band is definantly excersise :)
Getting out of my chair.Breathing.
Typing kills me. :(
Going to the shop.
My work out? Pumping 2x 2.5 kilo weights until my arms get tired (ten minutes?) and then five minutes solid of sit ups, a few push ups, and walking home each day with all my books in my bag, about 30-45 minutes. That's my regeime, and i think it's intense enough for me. But i am taking up kick boxing again hopefully, provided i can shell out the cash.
i eat about 4500 calories on a good day......im not fat though...im 6'2'' and weigh about 180 pounds....Quote:
I love having a 3000 calorie diet and being able to get away with it
Thinking.
Walking to school, around school and home from school lugging a huge bag full of books.
Riding my bike to class everyday, urg.
Ascending stairs.
Running like crazy to make sure I get to places on time is intense enough for me.
moshing.
after doin legato exercises on my guitar for a while...i get tired get somethin to eat and then....whatever....i have incredibly strong forearms due to my guitar technique practice....and i dont even notice im doin it....
try walkin backwards to school.....and in the wrong direction..hahahahahahahahahaha...school is borin...dont give them the satisfaction of bein there on time or doin homework or whatever....Quote:

Biking is probably what burns the most calories out of the things I do. Ju Jitsu will probably take it's place when I start up again with that.
rough night huh....everybody was kung fu fighting......hahahahahahaha...Quote:

walking to and fro mcdonalds
Babysitting LITTLE MANUS. :(
Marching band.
... :D
sprinting and swimming do it for me.
'how can i put this gently... working the wiggler'
I used to have a thing about losing weight so I would seriously sit there on a rowing machine half the day and just keep going most I ever did in one sitting was about 5 hours (give or take one I wasn't really keeping track too well) and I fell off after puking up.
40-60 situps, 25 push-ups, 100 star-jumps and a plethora of jumping jacks usually does the trick for me. Walking to work and back every day just doesn't tire me out like it used to.
Why do you guys wear yourselves out to death? :p Honestly, if you think some muscle tone's going to make you cool, well... it probably is but that's not the point. Walking to work and college is enough for me. I don't need to put in any extra effort.
you never seen that movie......huh...Quote:
