"Ohh... I'm dumb"

Now, Maybe I can get some people to say this happened to them so I'm not the only one feeling stupid.

But you know the little miltary base before the Esper cave.

I got lost in there. =[ And yes, I know it's only one screen. :(
I couldn't find my way out and then when I did I just kept thinking "Holy crap, I just failed at life so bad it's amazing."

This is the first time I've made this horrible mistake. ; ; I CAN GET AROUND ZOZO SIMPLY, BUT THE BASE THAT ONLY HAS -TWO- WAYS IN AND OUT, I get lost and can't find the out. Anyone else done something this obscenely dumb? 'cause now I don't feel like playing but basking in my own shame. :(

Oh, don't feel bad. I do silly things all the time in video games. I can't say I've gotten lost there but, I know I've been stuck in South Figaro several times. :bigsmile:

Yeah you should definitely get out befor the nuke's co....watch out *BOOM*

-Everyone does dumb things in games, it's no biggie, though I am still trying to figure out how in the world you did that.

Near the beginning of Breath of Fire 1 I was lost for hours at the beginning of a cave that lead to (what I thought was) a dead end. It turns out, there was a path right above my head. Nothing really unusual about it. Just a visible ceiling at the entrance. It was so obvious. I mean, that wasn't even meant to be a challenge at all.

I get lost in games constantly. My sense of direction and memory both are absolute garbage. I got stuck in Zozo for quite a bit, actually :(

I once got stuck in that port town were there are a lot of salesmen on the street the old lady there blocked my path for 20 minutes...:mad:

I have the worst sense of direction ever, I can't find my butt with two hands and a map. I use what I call the Wussy method of finding things, that is W.U.U.S.I. or Wander Until yoU See It.

My worst moment of getting stuck due to bad memory was when I got the airship and I had to return to Narshe. I forgot it didn't appear as usual towns do on the world map, and I went smurfing everywhere looking for smurfing Narshe. SMURF YOU NARSHE. And then my quest to bring up a world map with dots began, and I found you could not do such a thing in this game.

Why can't I remember simple things like Narshe's location ;_;

Same here. The first time I played FFVI I think I did that opera scene a dozen times before I could find the stairs. xD

Today I spent one and a half hours wandering around Daryl's tomb because I didn't notice the door in the room with the save point. My characters mastered 2-3 espers in that time.

If you gotten that far, you would had noticed a pattern of the dungeon not being that big. So high chance the exit isn't that hard to spot.
