Hit the "Prt Scr" button (or something similar) at the top of your keyboard. Then go into Paint and paste it onto a canvas. Then save as a .jpg and upload it in you post, under "manage attachments".

For people who can read theora encoded files, click here.
For people who have to use WMV, click here.
The video is small so that the size you have to download is small, and recording smoother.

Edit: just put up better quality videos.

I use the top-left part of my signature as my Desktop image for Windows XP. Of course, the Desktop image is using a higher resolution than the signature. I'm also using the bottom-right part of my sig as the Desktop image for Windows 2000. :D

Rainecloud's desktop is indeed brilliant but it makes my eyes sore. Mine, I just changed to this sonic one I found ages ago I love it. My desktop is a complete mess with shortcuts though. ;__;

PS. Ashi, your desktops are SO cute X_X I used to do that with my icons, arrange them around the picture, now just too many...

Rainecloud, Ashi and Xander: Wow, your Desktops look great! :) Rainecloud's Desktop is really well done, although I might have trouble navigating with the desktop icons myself if my icons were arranged like that. Ashi's Astro Star Bunny Desktop looks cute, and I think Xander's Sonic Desktop looks excellent too. ^^

There is no way im posting the desktop of this PC, as it has a rather irritating picture of my brother and I as the wallpaper..

I'll post my own PC's wallpapers though, I changed it back to one of my favourite wallpapers (and most used) this morning, before a lovely Sunday bout of Doom, and a quick followup of UT :]

When I installed my mandriva, there weren't any beryl RPMs yet. I just installed it, though, and it's indeed a bit prettier.

Are you using Xgl/AIGLX as the backend or just the nvidia beta drivers, assuming you have an nvidia gpu?

Right now, xgl. I'm waiting for the 9xxx drivers to be RPMed on plf before I try with just the drivers.

Gentoo's had the drivers in Portage for quite a long time already. *smug* I highly recommend using the beta drivers though. Much easier to set up and maintain, and although I noticed a bit of stability problem with them a few weeks ago, 1.0.9626 has been quite stable for me.

Yup, so one is with my Start Menu visible, the other is so you can see the background fully. I can tell you right now that all of it will probably be changed, soon. I replace it all once I find shinier themes and backgrounds to replace them with. :rolleyes2

I almost included a screenie of my firefox theme, and then thought maybe I could include a screenie of my logon too (It looks like the Login Terminals that the Supreme Court Justice Offices use) but figured that'd be going just a leeeedle bit overboard.
