i've got the idea of catapulting newborn babies. this is for a story that has a hero that hates humans, he's always out doing insanely funny thing like that(stressing the 'insane' part)

Tie someone to a car and start driving just a bit slower than said person is able to run. Optimally, the person would run for a few miles, then fall. You can figure out the rest by yourself.
