Han Solo or Indiana Jones?

Which Harrison Ford character do you prefer Han Solo or Indiana Jones? Han Solo is an interesting character but...I prefer Indiana Jones I think he's cooler than Han especially considering that Indiana's father is the original James Bond.:)

No offense Link but Chewbacca sucks when you compare him to Zaalbar. Because you get absolutely no character backstory on Chewbacca in the original trilogy. On the other hand in the original Knights of the Old Republic you get tons of character backstory on Zaalbar.

Two of the most iconic characters of the last half century of film...not exactly an easy choice. I absolutely love Indiana Jones, but I think Han Solo wins by a hair. His character progression, love affair with Leia, and overall personality just makes him too awesome to beat.

I voted for Han b/c I finally got the original series on DVD like a couple years ago, but I've never seen any of the Indiana Jones movies, except parts of them on TV. Man, I need to see those movies. I also haven't seen Ghostbusters, and I've gotta see that movie. I've also seen Harrison Ford once in the movie Witness, which was good, and I have Air Force One on VHS, but I didn't like that movie. My dad raised me on Blade Runner, so I think he's really cool in that movie.

Blade Runner was excellent. Perhaps my favourite movie ever, though I don't watch many. I still can't find it on DVD or VHS, I've only rented it. :(

Anyway, if Rick Deckard was an option, I would vote for him above either or those two.

Man, i hope more indy people come to our aid.....

I personally favor the archeologist whip slinging, snake fearing, savior from the nazis. Better fight scenes, and i just like the charachter overall, he even gets the ladies...all 3 of em! Han only gets one :P

Plus, with a supporting guy as Sean Connery totally blows out all the other nobodies, cept for frank oz and alec guiness. O and james earl jones to boot.

That doesn't make any sense Paro...Anyway for those of you who can't decide just do a coin toss if it lands on heads choose Han Solo and if it lands on tails choose Indiana Jones. And no you don't get a third option this is about Harrison Ford NOT some other no talent actor or actress like 50 Cent, Jessica Simpson, John Cena, Halle Berry, or Jamie Kennedy. I've chosen this order for the coin toss because the Original Trilogy was made before the Indiana Jones Trilogy.

Rick Deckard beats them both. :D Okay, maybe he doesn't. I'll go with Han Solo anyway. I think Han Solo returning during the final battle in Episode IV was a great moment, and the lines "I love you. / I know." between Han Solo and Princess Leia were really well done.

Indiana owns Han all the way. He got a the ladies, and he had a whip to beat down his foes even if they had guns.

When that guy pulls out the swords and starts flapping them around, Indy just quickly pulls out his gun and shoots him dead. Quality!

Plus, he was in 3 movies and had his own theme music. Indy rules!
