Which finger do you use to push the spacebar?
Personally, I use the good old right thumb. But I've known people who use their left thumbs, and I've tried that and it's really hard to type as fast. The right thumb is just a reflex now.

Left thumb. I had to test it by writing a sentence because I never really think about it.
I use my right thumb.

Okay, apparently I use my right index finger... I haven't realized that until now.
I use both thumbs.
Had to test this out, and I use my left thumb or my right index finger depending on which letter the word ends with.
Testing it out it appears I use my right thumb.
I tried hitting the space bar with my right index finger and it feels funny. You people are wierd.:spin:
either thumb...sometimes my nose..........sometimes my elbow...sometimes not at all.........

The spacebar is more worn out on the right side than on the left, so probably the right thumb.
Whatever thumb is not in my ass at the moment. why?
I've gotten used to using my left thumb because it's the finger I use to jump in most FPSs. :p
Uhh lemme see. I seem to use the left but now it feels weird thinking about it cos I've never noticed before! Yeah.....left cos my right hand moves more... or something.

My thumbs are elevated about half an inch over the keyboard at all times during typing. My right thumb hits the space bar more often than my left thumb does, but if Mr. Right Thumb is otherwise engaged, Mr. Left Thumb picks it up and runs with it.
It is a cooperative effort between both of my thumbs. I am glad they get along so well.
Although sometimes I use my face.

I think it really depends on what I'm typing... I tend to type correctly with my left hand, and my right hand only uses one finger... probably because the more commonly used letters are situated under the left hand, it learned to type correctly naturally...

I use my wrist. Since I don't use the regular hand placement. I micro with one hand.
Thumb=Alt
Index=S
Middle=E
Ring=R/T
Pinkie=Y
That way, it's convienient when I'm doing something else. I'm always angled to a TV to my left. So...

It appear I use my left thumb, for very much the same reason that Yams also does.

I use my right thumb, I noticed how many people type the letter 'b' with their left index finger, I find it strange. It is kind of in the middle though.

good ol' right thumb... my right hand stays stationary and my left hand roams i think i only use my index to type anything on my left....yup

I can't even remember anymore...ah Jesus, I use my right MIDDLE finger. :eek: Weird. And I always have. My thumbs hang limp and useless in the whole typing...thing. xD It feels so weird to use your thumb. Index finger isn't so bad.

This portion of my post is written normally, with my left thumb.
This is written wi th my right and it's a little erratic and takes me longer to type and my left thumb sometimes comes in as reflex. :(!
I'll tell you after this... I use both thumbs so yeah.

I use my right thumb, but sometimes I go down with my left index.
Left thumb. My right hand is too used to sitting on the arrow keys when I use vim / games. Vim is probably also the reason I only ever use the right shift key. :wq

My left thumb just kinda floats above the spacebar while my right one like, sits on it. WEIRD.
