Well, straight answer question. Personally i don't judge until i see a couple of these new people's posts. Then i decide if their smart or...not-so smart :D

Very positive.
Some are alright, some aren't. :D
I always mutter "hee-hee New slaves!"
All of them are idiots.
It's just about figuring out which ones are less of an idiot than others.
I really do not post in newbie threads or anything, so I do not think about it.
I don't have anything against new people, so whatever.
I don't associate with them, but I don't mind them either. Great people for the most part!
well, for some reason I like hello im new here threads but i don't think much unless i see some posts. if there annoying there annoying if there not then there not. But then again im also still a new(ish) member i think.
I think everyone deserves a chance to prove that their not complete idiots.
Well, I don't consider them idiots or anything. The only people that I call idiots are the ones that have been around for awhile and that I know more about, etc. I will either be completely indifferent to new people, or I will think hey they seem cool and post in their usernotes or something.
They're the future of EoFF, so.. gotta be nice, I guess, or something like that.
Most of them ditch us after 2 days. :(
There is rarely ever a newbie that I deem worthy of acknowledging, but one of the few I did, became one of my closest internet friends.
THEY WILL BE MY NEW BEST FRIEND.
IRL I assume n00bs will be nice and let them prove that wrong. Online I assume they are just n00bs and will have to grow.
I love them to deathly bits.
The only people I really notice are new are the ones who act like noobs--can't spell, post stupid topics, have your generic crappy final fantasy name, sig, and avatar, etc. Other new people I'll either like, dislike, or be indifferent to based on how I judge their personality. If they don't act like a newbie, chances are I'll like 'em well enough.
Depends on how retarted they are.
I once had a History teacher that gave us all A's at the beginning of the school year, but warned us that the only way to maintain that A until the end of the year would be to prove that we were worth it.
Same idea, only I apply it to folks that are new to the forums. They are good in my book until they blow it by saying or doing something that blows their average.
Dang, this makes me wonder if any opinions have been formed about me. Still, I doubt anyone has interacted with me nearly enough to be able to draw a conclusion about me since I'm usually lurking. :eep:
Newbies are perfectly fine, as long as they don't have evil intentions.
I welcome them all with open arms, of course. :p
I've noticed that they all just go away in a week.
And if they stick around, power to them.
I like them alright
Ha challenge 1: Can you stay for up too 6 months?
Seems alot of new people get banned for posting stupid lately :rolleyes2
They can be annoying, but you get your good ones :D
Fresh meeeeeat...
I don't notice newbies unless they act n00bish. Then I get a few hours of entertainment before they get banned.
Oh god, another one...
NOO, I picked the third option accidentally over the fourth one!
Well, I do like to torment all of them a little.:radred:
Neither one of those choice...I'm just fine with new members...but not cool with it...just fine and welcome them very much..
I hardly ever notice the newbies, well not until they make a name for themselves, which usually takes a couple of months. The only newbies I can name now is Lady of the Sheep and Fred, and one of them is banned.
Seconded~ I'm more patient with the newbs. We've all been there. Especially me. :cool:Quote:
