hard to read much??

I know this thread has been done before, but I think it needs a fresh start!

I know that not everybody uses the same skin here at EoFF, but any color font seems to be hard to read to at least some EoFFer's!

So I would just suggest to those who use a brown font color, for example, that when those of us who have a brown background try to read your posts we will ultimately decide that it is not worth the effort or strained eyes to read your post!

(have I just outed myself as being very anal?)...(hopes not)

in conclusion (and as far as I know) white is a win/win color for everyone...I know it's not very exciting or anything, but it is visible by the majority of us.

I use both Classic and EoFF 2005. White is best, definitely. :cat:

You can see the Join Date in EoFF Classic as well if you set your avatar position to Above Post rather than Beside Post.

I dislike it when people use anything other than the default font and text colour. Perhaps I'm being too post-ist, though. =/

We should all just use EoFF 2005. 'Tis better than the knackered old blue one. :p

Fluffy Puff is amazing and wonderful. You'll be surprised at the positive effects it can have. Nothing seems bad on EoFF when it's all very lovely and pink. :love:
With Fluffy Puff, you simply can't go wrong! ;)

EoFF isnt brown at all, its all shades of grey. I like its look far better than classic which just looks drab and old (hence the name classic)

However, it doesnt stretch on high resolution screens, and I think this should be changed.

Also, the no join date for Beside Post is annoying, I think that should be changed too.

I prefer the colours and stuff of EoFF Classic, but on 2005 the layout is more narrow and centered, and it doesn't spread across that whole screen, and I like that. :jess:

I use EoFF 2005, and dark fonts are a pain to read. But not too many people use them. As far as skins go, Classic is tolerable, and BoBs Simplified Style is useful when I'm at school, but Fluffy Puff is migrane fodder. :mad:

But, really, when in doubt, just use the automatic color. :D (Unless you're trying to be annoying. ;))

My posts show up fine in the skin you use. :P They only have a problem in Fluffy Puff.

I use EoFF 2005, but there is nothing wrong with EoFF Classic. I will sometimes switch to EoFF Classic when my cousin is near me, because he likes to harass me for always being on that “brown site.”
