I haven't been able to enjoy this game playing it on the Playstation, so I'm exited about it being released on the GBA.
I feel the same way, I got too easily sidetracked when I was playing it on the playstation, I'm hoping the GBA version makes me want to play it non-stop.
Is that art new? Sabin has his gun in it.

FFVI should have a sequel thats entirely about Umaro imho

EDIT: The screenshots, it appears the graphical quality isnt as good as the SNES/PS versions. But im sure it will look amazing on the GBA itself (Especially the GB Micro)
I was hoping this would make it out this holiday season in the US but it looks like I'll have to wait until next year. :cry:

Beautiful. The art is great. Do we know yet what they're adding to the GBA version in terms of extra features? I see there's a New Features section under the System, but I can't read Japanese. :(

I figured there would be a thread out there, but I was too lazy to look for it. :D Graphically, it looks sharp, though personally I wouldn't care if it was improved over the original or not. A chance to play it on the go with a menu system that doesn't take 5 seconds to load will be well worth it.

if they use those names in the english GBA version i'll probably just change them back to how they were on the other FF6. tina and mash are japanese versions of their names right? im not sure about stragus though.
Those are just their names in the Japanese version of the game. There's still no evidence that any of the American names will be changed for the GBA port.

I doubt Amano ever expects the more extravagant aspects of his designs to make their way into the game. He just puts them in anyway because this stuff is his bread and butter.
Like the art of the flower girl and her impailer togather and seemed like a couple in the early art work.Quote:
