So what time do you go to bed? Why do you go to bed at that time? Is it even healthy going to be at that time? What do you think is a healthy time to go to bed?
I've been going to bed at around 1am-2am lately, and I'm trying to get in the habbit of going to bed at 10:30pm instead. It's pretty hard to get back into that routine but I feel it's a lot more healthy to wake up early and get moving with a good night sleep.

I tell myself to go to bed at 11:00, but I never actually do until 12:00 or 12:30.
On a side note, I HATE people who bitch about being tired because they're too irresponsible to go to bed at a decent time.
I sleep when I feel too tired to continue being awake.
It's 9.30 PM my time. So I ain't sleeping that early.
On week days I go to bed around 12:00-12:30 AM. It's totally random in the weekends, though. I only get around 6 hours of sleep everyday and so I should really go to bed earlier, but I usually cannot sleep if I do so :eep:

11pm. Although I usually wind up asleep at midnight.
Weekends, however, I am usually in bed around 3am, sometimes I don't sleep, sometimes 6am, etc.etc.
I'll usually go to bed around 12:30-1:00 AM.
I'll usually go to bed around 9:30-10:00 AM.
On weekdays usually before 10:30pm. On weekends any time, really.
12am - 1:00am, sometimes 1:30am on weekdays. To be honest, I stay up to talk to my girlfriend. It probably isn't that healthy because I have to be to work at 7am but it really doesn't matter to me. I feel tired for the first few hours of the day and then I'm good. If I feel tired after work, I take a nap. No complaining about it at all.
Weekends have me going to bed around 3am, especially now that I have World of Warcraft, even though I don't like admitting that fact. It doesn't really matter. 3am - 11am, sometimes noon is a good enough sleep time for me.
I do have slight medical problems that usually prevent me from going to bed. Mild insomnia and semi-painful back problems prevent me from getting comfortable. Usually I stay up until I am too tired to bother and then literally pass out.
Weekdays anytime between 11 and 1 on average, though I should be going to bed around 10:30ish. Weekends is anybody's guess.
I don't like going to bed early, but it feels wonderful when I do go to bed before midnight. Usually I end up going to bed around 3AM or 4AM. If I have work the next morning, hopefully I'm in bed by 1AM.
Most often anytime after 12:00am, sometimes before hand. That is when I go to bed, when I go to sleep is another matter. I usually am up from a half hour to couple of hours after I go to bed (regardless of time).
I go to sleep like 1000 pm, but when theres fullmoon 1-4 hours before I fall asleep.
Lately I've going to sleep around midnight to 1 am. But, I need to start going to sleep earlier since i will be working at 5:30 am O_o
i've been going to sleep around 2 AM, even on weekdays. still, this gives me between 6 3/4 and 7 1/2 hours of sleep, depending on the day, so I can live with it.
I go to bed between 9:00 and 10:00 every single night.
My life is busy, and I need the sleep. :p
On a college night I try to get to bed by 12, but that usually doesn't happen. I'd say I usually get to bed about 1am, but on weekends it can range from anywhere inbetween 2am-5am. :jess:
For the past week I've been going to sleep around 11-12-ish. Which is BIZARRE for me cause I usually go to bed around 2-3. See what boyfriends do to you? They change your sleeping and eating schedules!
i go to bed at about 1am, but that doesn't mean that i am going to sleep. i just use the pc till as late as 1:30 - 2am.
about 10:30 ish. i go to bed pretty late and wake up early at about seven or eight.
i went to bed at 11:30 last night and woke up at 10 but i prefer waking up early.
I sleep from 1am to 5 am. Sometimes I get a solid 1 to 2 hour nap in after work, which makes all the difference.
During the week I usually crash between midnight and 1:30. On the weekends, it's probably somewhere between 3 and 5 am. Some nights I'll only get about 6 or 7 hours of sleep, but I'll make up for it the next day with 9 or 10. I don't really know if it's a healthy sleep schedule or not. :p
I go to bed about 10:30-11:00. I should probably go to bed a bit earlier considering I wake up around 5:45-6:00 for school, but that time is pretty good for me. :)
school night: 11pm
Weekend: at least 12am
12am is around the time I fall asleep, but I lay on my bed starting at 4pm (after I get home from school)

I dont sleep.
I go to bed at 12:30 A.M. I go to bed at this time because my mom is never home, and she doesn't care at what time I go to bed either, as long as I wake my ass up in the morning to go to school. I think going to sleep at 12 am is very healthy:DQuote:
