Now, because Levian is holding a gun to my head at this very moment in time, the topic of this thread is:
Do you actually bother checking the dates or times that someone has posted?
It's clear to see I don't. Feel free to wait 3 months before posting in this thread for comedic effect. *click* I mean....don't. :(
XD sometimes on other forums I don't bother checking because I don't really think to, plus I don't know which topics in here would be considered too old to revive...
I don't bother to because I usually just recognize the thread from long ago when it was first around.

I can definitely tell REALLY old threads just by looking at the the people who have posted in them. It's like, if there's a thread that Bleys has posted in, you know it's old.

I'm laughing, because I always check the most recent poster on the thread before opening it, and a shiver of fear went down my spine when I read Leeza. I thought my thread had been closed :( EoFF has made me paranoid.

To those who have said something about first pages or some other such like, I would also like to know if you sometimes accidentally post in an old thread because a newbienewbnewb or other had posted and you never realised?

Not normally, no. I've accidently posted in old revived threads myself, though sometimes I get the old deja vu and realize I've posted in them before.
I usually check the date when the thread was started and when the latest posts were sent. If the discussion is going pretty well and there's something I can add there, and especially if a mod has also posted on the revived thread without closing it, I might actually post in an old thread. With old threads, I sometimes recognize them anyway. "Hey, wasn't there a thread like this about a year ago... wait a sec, this is the same thread!" :D
