What possessions cant you live without?

For me it has to be my:

PC
iPod
PSP
TV/DVD player
moblie phone
and DS Lite

I need my gadgets! What bout you?

dunno...phone..computer...me...my heart...i think...and uhh....zombies....and hot chicks...

You see "hot chicks" as possessions?

PC, Drums, Bed, TV, DVD player, and CD player.

Laptop
My CDs
Clothes (duh, im not gonna go around naked..)
TV
...I dunno what else..:bigsmile:

I can live quite well without any of my possesions, but I would prefer to have my car, cell phone, computer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, hairdryer, electricity and everything else that makes life pleasant.

I could live without them, as Leeza said, but I'd really prefer to have my laptop, camera, cell phone, iPod, TV, hair straightener, CDs and my pets. :)

My GHD's-stupid Irish hair
My knitting needles-alleviates boredom and makes pretty clothes for me
My i-pod-it saves me from having to listen to load of school kids mp3 players blasting out on the bus
My converse-no other shoe will do
My bus pass-Free transport round the beautiful city of brum
My fan heater-my landlord doesn't know the meaning of insulation and adequate number of radiators.

The rest I suppose I could do without

A light. Everything else I can live without.

I don't have any possessions I'd be absolutely crushed to just not have anymore. I use plenty of technological items everyday, but I could live without them if I had to. I guess my laptop and my cellphone are the most important. I spend a lot of time on the net, and when I'm not on the computer I'm probably with my friends, and having a cellphone is virtually a necessity now in coordinating meeting places and activities.

I get pretty hard up after a while if I don't have a computer+modem

PC, Finale, PS2. I can do without everything else I suppose. (Actually, I don't think I use anything else)

oh yeh..shiznit..i forgot botu my pets...phew...lucky the house wasnt on fire.....im cool..i wudda saved them...

PS2, Gamecube, XBOX 360(I wouldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for Enchanted Arms, which is awsome), Comp, and food. Food good for me.
And of course my DS.

My computer, iPod, My dog, My dad (though he's not a possesion :P), and Photoshop.

Just my laptop. Oh yeah, and clothes, gets pretty cold up here during the winters.

Books and clothing (that includes shoes). Everything else- CD player, Gameboy, computer- I've done without.

iPod, PC, consoles, books, modern medicine, airplanes, food, infrastructure required to create and distrubute the aforementioned things... yeah basically 'the modern world'.

Technically I could live without any of my posession. I would be bored out of my mind and extremely unhappy though. I think that pretty much goes for the others that said they could live without the things they listed.

My computer is pretty important. And.. uh.. my... um..

For the purpose of making this post reasonable, "living" is interpreted to mean "will be extremely bored/meaningless without"

Mobile phone OR Computer (I'll take one or the other. Without a mobile, I got my internetz. And if I didn't have my PC, I'd be able to access whenever I need to at uni/netcafes)
Microwave (Seriously. Without this, I'd be eating dumplings and noodles for the rest of my life)
Glasses (Without my glasses, I wouldn't be able to appreciate the finer things in life. Unless the thing happened to be a giant wall of fuzz. My glasses also cover up my tiny asian eyes and make my features look like they're in proportion)

I cannot live without my contact lenses. I'm literally a blind mole without them...

Possessions....I can't think of any possessions really. One main thing I can't live without is company, preferably female, but that's certainly not possession. I be pretty gutted without the electronic doo-dahs that I love, but I could live without them.

I couldn't live without my:
Computer
Ipod
Mobile phone
Clothes, shoes, accesories :bigsmile:
Hair straightners
DS (and games)

I cant live without my Makeup, Straightners and my Zen. Oh and money!

and my poem book because thats very important to me!!!!!

I could not live without my computer, ipod, ps2, my ff games, my purse, my dogs ^__^, my bed, and my tv.

I think its been proven that we could all live without the mod cons that have become part of today's life, especially over just the past few decades, but I would like to not be without:

electricity (light, cooking, entertainment, communication, warmth)
my glasses or contact lenses
a bed (comfort)
clean tap water (and running hot water!)
camera/photos
shoes (I'm hopeless in bare feet)


I have become reliant on:

car/transport
electricity
wallet/money machine card
a wage/salary
shops for food instead of growing food myself

i wouldnt get through life without the cross round my neck

My guitar is probably the only material possession I couldn't live without.
If you want, you can see me playing with my band in my profile picture. That's my guitar. I was told that I had to stop playing and then Tom and Ben both broke into tears, too.

i'd have it hard withou my laptop and associated gadgets (mp3 player included), mobile phone, clothing and a secure room (actually strike the last i don't have that)
