I think you have been watching too much television.
That was on 'Real Stories' like two months ago.
You're replicating the story of a guy that doesn't exist because he was the work of a tv show that satirises current affair shows. =]
Funny nonetheless.
I think that idea is laughable (haha, get it? comedian... laughable... haha... oh dear :(). I also think fat jokes are yesterday's news and won't help you make the big time.
If you're going to be a comedian, do it about funny things that happen to you in your daily life - don't try to create funny things, just observe life and comment on it or something. Trying to force such things is just meh, and it won't get you anywhere.
Seems stupid to make yourself fat just to get some cheap laughs. Fat jokes are funny, but if you rely on them to be funny, you won't last long.
