I can kinda play the acoustic guitar but I really need to practise more.

I play Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, and Piano.
My voice range is Soprano to Tenor (yes that is a guys voice classification).

I was in Band when I was in 6th grade, playing Saxophone in band until my senior year, I picked up the Flute and Clarinet around my sophmore year.
I was in Honors Choir from 6th grade till 8th grade, and made varsity every year in high school.


I draw but musics my strongest point. :)

I can play the keyboard. :D And people say I can sing, but they're liars. :D

I can't sing to save my life. I can play violin, albeit badly.

I can play the hell out of a violin. I want aneletric so I can mess with the sounds. My singing is partially tolerable.

I can sing, not a artist but at least I dont broke the windows:D and I also play flaut lool

I can slap a spoon on my cheek and sort of get a sound out of it, other than that I can't play instruments or sing

I used to play geetar, but hadn't in a while. I probably forgot how to do that by now. :Oo:

Clarinet is my insturment of choice ^^ But I've taken a liking to singing lately..doubt I'll do anything more than sing lullabies to my kids though :)

Rhythm guitar, I don't like playing lead at all.

I can't dance, unless being in a mosh pit is dancing, I rule at that. I play the drums, I play the bass guitar, I play the keyboard, I also play precussion. I tried to play the flute once, that failed.

I sing in Honors Choir and solo, and I plan for one half of my double major to be singing performance (the other being music education - specifically the voice and teaching it)

I've been playing the piano for a looong time. And about a year ago, I've started to learn how to play guitar. Weather I can sing or not is just a matter of opinion.

I wish I could.

I have a drum set, and I'm pretty good at whipping up a beat given the fact that I've had no training, but I can't really say that I'm good enough to play with a band or anything.

I should get some drum and/or electric guitar lessons.

lol, I just recorded myself singing, and I don't sound that bad.

Just finished Grade 8 guitar exam and passed it, moving onto Diploma level now. I've been playing 3 years and 2 months. I also played drums when I was younger, haven't played in about a year though.

I'm learning Piano. :)

I've been playing guitar for about 7 years now, bass for about 6, drums for about 5, and piano and violin on and off for an indefinite amount of time.

I don't think anyone could play at that guy's level after 5 years. Thus, let me rephrase my statement:

Considering how long I've been playing, I'd say I own.

I didn't watch the video (site restrictions) but I would say it depends on your dedication to the instrument and the amount of practice you put in on a daily/weekly basis deteremines how great you are. I am friends with a guy who has been playing electric guitar for five years and is already better than the majority of professional guitar players that have contracts right now.

I used to play piano/organ and the acoustic guitar but I never picked them up in a serious manner. Piano/organ was self-taught and I had a teacher for the guitar. I am told that with practice and vocal training, I would probably be a wonderful singer. But I pretty much refuse to believe that because I have a hard time singing infront of anyone. I am not tone deaf though, so eh. My main problem is that I have a hard time controlling my voice.

I want to pick up the piano again but I have yet to have the chance. It's pretty sad. Other than that, I have no real interest in learning an instrument or to sing.

i wish i was good on the drums, or bass guitar, or be able to sing good, im not that bad, i dont think i sound like a strangled sheep, so, im not toooo bad.....

I've been playing the drums for 9 and a 1/2 years and have done all my 8 grades and am now a drum teacher visiting individual schools to teach kids. Although I don't teach grades, I do teach rudiments like paradidles, flams, flam rolls ect. I believe grades are a big urn off from passion for the drumms, coz you're practising the same thing over and over for hours each day and it sucks to be honest. :(

Man, am i glad too see a music forum here. :) I play Accoustic Guitar or Electric. (love to play Pink Floyd on it.) Recorder Autoharp Drums and Piano.

i play bass, guitar, keyboards and bozouki (and ill try any other stringed instrument)

Oh, yeah!? I got a medal and best of class in my district solo and ensemble contest for a class three cello solo. WORD! :)

I used to play piano but not anymore. I think I'll still sort of know how, but not good at all. My cousin's been trying to teach me guitar but that hasn't been going very well either.

Hey, no worries!!! Get an Electric drum kit, i've got one so I can practise when my parents are asleep!:D They are about £500 but they are worth it.:D

i like singing...people say i'm pretty darn good for someone with no training or anything...i like to sing while cooking, while drawing, while dressing, while showering, while walking down the streets (but quietly though cause people tend to look at you funny), and generally when i'm happy.:choc2:

I sing in a lot of those places too lol
