Ok. My cousin has a child.

Am I anything to that child? Like a cousin, uncle or something?

Uncles are your mother or father's brothers.
Your uncle's children are your cousins.
Your cousin's children are your second cousins, I believe.

if it's your first cousin that had a child, that would make the child your second cousin.

My mom has a thing for genealogy and we have a big extended family, so :| my cousins I played with were actually first cousins once removed and second cousins thrice removed and my first cousins were all way older than me -.-
