My buddy and I got into quite a large debate about this the other night. He seems to think that Darth Vader would kick Vin Diesel's ass, but we all know Vin's superior skill in the field of kicking ass would prevail.

Well, a actor vs a Darth lord wouldn't be much of a fight, however Riddek may be able to put up a fight.

Depends on if it was the oldschool Vader or Hayden Christianson Vader and if Vin was going to be fighting as Riddick. Here are the possible outcomes:
Oldschool Vader vs. Vin = Vin dead
Hayden Vader vs. Vin = both beat up, but Hayden Vader beat up worse
Oldschool Vader vs. Riddick = both kill each other at the same time in dramatic scene
Hayden Vader vs. Rikkick = Hayden Vader totally dead
