Does anyone else get an overwhelming sense of completion, peace, and confidence after cleaning their room and making it very neat and organized? I'm not sure why, but it always makes me feel good about myself after. xD

In my 20 years of life, I've never actually done that.
The peace lasted for a while until it is all messed up again. :(
Actually, yes. I don't understand why you have a dee colon in your title, though. It makes it look like melly is a bad thing.
Yes Of course, cause when I clean I can get form point A to point B, without hassle
I hire pretty ladies to clean up my messes.
yes... I basically just like to clean up MY stuff though, I dont really like cleaning other peoples stuff....dirty socks ewwwwww
Yes, I do. It's AWESOMESAUCE!
I love that feeling. But hate tidying up so I get it very rarely ;)
Yes, I enjoy it very much. I'm going to need to do it again soon, but this time I'm not looking forward to it. I like living in the mess, too. If stuff is too clean, sometimes I feel like I can't be in my room. It doesn't feel cozy or anything.
I only get around to clean my room if all other options are out.
Though I do like it when it's clean, stuff is easier to find if everything is on the floor.
Man it's great cos' theres nothing better to chill in a tidied room. Everything is better in a room if it's tidied.
I find it an anti-depressant to clean, because i know the place will feel less gloomy if it were tidy.
I do I do I do-ooooo.
I like my chaos, thankyouverymuch. Whenever my Mom used to clean my room out of frustration, I wouldn't be able to find ANYTHING. It's like, ok, I know I left my homework on the floor next to my lamp. WHERE IS IT??? Mess is good.
Yash and no it takes me all day to fold my clothes and when I finally get to my room I take all night, yes because it takes me so long.
I always feel a bit of accomplishment after cleaning a room. I can get dragged down by the state of my un-made bed or a dusty lamp.
I only have a bed and some drawers in my room, and it can fit another person living in it with his or her own bed and drawers. The barrenness of the room means that it only gets messy on special occasions. Normally, I just take a couple of minutes every morning to sweep up dirt and junk off the floor and then it’s clean enough for me.
it's nice to tidy up. i clean out all the papers in my room just 3 or 4 times a year. my room is filled with papers.
Room: No.
Flat: Yes.
I geuss, but I can never be bothered to clean it. I love the way my room feels once its hoovered, it feels so much bigger.
Yes, I do since my room is wrecked most of the time :D
I like my orderly chaos.
Tidying is a chore. So long as the room is hygenic and the floor is navigable, I don't care how cluttered my living space is.
For a short while, but I know it's going to get messy again. It only takes a few minutes to clear my desk anyway
Yes. Though usually because it gets other people off my back who complain until my room is clean...
Yeah, I get that feeling when I've finished cleaning my room. It's a very nice sight to see everything clean and tidyed (sp?) up. I don't do it that often, though - mainly because I'm pretty lazy.
Yes but I hate cleaning.
I do that at the start of the week and at the end of it, it gets back to where it started.
Sometimes I think I should give up on it, since it achieves nothing to me but getting tired and dirty.
Right now, I'm doing my annual Christmas House Cleaning! :D Once I get things tidied up, I feel good about it. xD Although, I know that in a few weeks it'll be a mess again. :(
Yeah, I can't feel completely good about myself unless my room is clean. I'll clean my room then take a shower and feel completely wonderful. So much open space and the ability to see my floor.
There's only one thing I like more than destroying... and that's cleaning up afterwards.
Yes. But it's the doing it that annoys me. If it all just magically cleaned itself like in Disney's Sword in the Stone bit with Merlin's house, I'd be mellier than a melly melly.
